Sysolution M60B asynchronous LED controller
The M60B is an LED media player running Android 9.0, with 8 GB of eMMC and 1 GB of LPDDR3 memory and a load capacity of up to 1,300,000 pixels (max. 1920×1920). It has two Ethernet ports, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, USB 2.0, an optional 4G module and GPS/GNSS, and on the video side it supports 1080P hardware decoding.
A local web page can also be edited for the display through its built-in web server, and it can be managed and updated remotely and in groups through the manufacturer's AIPS cloud platform. Its typical field of use is the lintel, column and shop window advertising display, where cloud-based multi-site remote supervision matters.
Where the M60B sits in an LED wall system
An Android 9.0 player and sending unit in one: the picture starting from the 8 GB eMMC storage reaches the receiving cards over two Ethernet ports on Cat5e/Cat6, and then the modules over HUB75E. The 1,300,000 pixel load capacity is two gigabit ports' worth. Content arrives from the LedOK Express PC software, the LedOK Kit mobile app, USB, Wi-Fi or an optional 4G module, and remote supervision runs on the manufacturer's AIPS cloud platform. A distinct capability is the built-in web server: a local web page can be edited for the display, which is practical when showing a data source of your own (a price list, a queue caller, meter readings). The GPS/GNSS module provides location data on a moving, vehicle-mounted display.

As an Android-based system it requires regular software updates and maintenance, much like a smartphone.
The M60B in practice
First commissioning starts with an AP-mode Wi-Fi connection, LedOK Express recognises the device, and then come the time zone and time synchronisation, the brightness schedule (outdoors 15–25% at night) and loading the screen parameters. As an Android-based device, its maintenance is Android maintenance too: system updates, application autostart and screen lock have to be handled as administrator work, not as simple content uploading. One of the two Ethernet ports can be set for redundancy, a genuine availability gain on a multi-site network. The 4G module is optional; without internet on site it is the only remote access, so it has to appear as a separate line in the quotation. If the internet drops, the downloaded programme carries on undisturbed and only the status reporting to AIPS and content updates stop; when a device is replaced, the programme and the network settings are lost.
Alternatives to the M60B
For a smaller, single-port wall the M50B-D is cheaper and built for a wider temperature range, from -30 to +75 °C. In a card format for building into your own enclosure, the Y50 gives the same 1,300,000 pixels, with region-specific 4G variants. For vehicles or lamp posts the Y59 is the more targeted choice. In other ecosystems the NovaStar Taurus TB40 and the Huidu HD-A4L are its direct counterparts, with stronger regional distributor backing. For a live video signal or a camera, a synchronous sender and a permanent source are needed here too. The deciding factors: the pixel count, the temperature environment and the need for cloud fleet management.
