LED poster rental — a digital poster instead of a roll-up
An LED poster is a free-standing digital poster, 64 cm wide and 192 cm tall: it rolls on castors, runs from a single socket, and one person sets it up in a quarter of an hour. It is the same panel our larger LED wall is built from — here one or two of them simply work on their own instead of being linked side by side.
Four poster versions are available to rent on this same frame: indoor P1.5, P2 and P2.5 GOB, plus the outdoor cabinet-built P2.5, which at 4,500–5,000 nits can go under open sky. Viewing distance decides the pitch: for close viewing (a counter, a fitting room, a narrow boutique) the finer P1.5 or P2; for a more open space, P2.5. Our daily list price covers the indoor P2 panel; the other versions are quoted individually. For a large open-air surface the outdoor P3 cabinet version is available too.
It belongs where a roll-up or a mounted print used to stand: at an entrance, in front of a shop, on an exhibition stand, at a conference registration desk, in a showroom. The difference is that the picture moves, and the content can be swapped in five minutes — no reprinting when the price, the programme or the name of the act changes.

Instead of a roll-up — what a digital poster does
Video, animated pricing, running text — the eye follows movement. A printed roll-up cannot do that.
New price, new programme, new act: a USB stick or a phone, and it is done. No reprinting, no second delivery.
A single rented panel replaces the four or five roll-ups you would otherwise have printed for one event.
It does not depend on the room lighting: at 700–800 nits it stays readable in a dim reception area and in a bright foyer alike.

The rental fee is per panel per day. On top of that: delivery based on the real distance, and — if you want it — an operator on site.

We do not charge for setting up on site or for training you to run the display — it is part of every rental.

We bring it from our Győr warehouse on the agreed day. You do not need to arrange a van; the panel arrives complete with its base.

We unpack it, set it up, load your content and show you how to change it. A quarter of an hour, free of charge.
- 4Collection
We come back at the end of the rental and take it away. For multi-day rentals that is a separate trip, so delivery counts twice.
Rental options by pixel pitch
All five versions are available to rent. The pixel pitch (the P number) tells you how close the screen can be viewed: the value in millimetres is roughly the shortest comfortable viewing distance in metres. Our list price covers the indoor P2 panel; the other versions are quoted individually, for your venue and dates.

LED poster rental — frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to hire an LED poster?
Our stock panel on list price is the indoor P2: about 75 € net per panel per day (indicative, at 400 HUF/EUR). One panel for one day is therefore about 75 € net, plus delivery (0.50 € net per kilometre of the return road distance from Győr) and an operator if you want one. The calculator works out the full amount from your postcode straight away, also for the P2 panel. For the other versions (indoor P1.5 and P2.5, outdoor P2.5) we quote individually.
How big is an LED poster, and how much space does it take?
The screen area is 64 × 192 cm, portrait, on all four poster versions. With the rolling base the total height is 201 cm, the weight is 45 kg and the maximum power draw is 0.8 kW — it runs from an ordinary socket. It takes up roughly as much floor space as a roll-up. What differs is the resolution, which follows the pitch: 416 × 1,248 pixels at P1.5, 320 × 960 at P2, 256 × 768 at P2.5.
Does it really replace a roll-up?
That is what it is for. It occupies the same footprint as a roll-up but plays video, and the content can be changed on site in five minutes. Over a campaign of several weeks, or a multi-day fair, that is usually cheaper than printing and shipping a new poster for every change.
Can I set it up on my own?
Yes, but you do not have to: setup and training are included in the fee. The panel stands on castors and one person can push it; lifting is only needed when loading and unloading, and we do that.
What content can it show?
Images and video (JPG, PNG, MP4) from a USB stick or a phone through the controller app; a laptop can also be connected over HDMI. The portrait format suits video shot on a phone perfectly — it fills the screen without cropping. The exact pixel count follows the chosen pitch (P1.5: 416 × 1,248; P2: 320 × 960; P2.5: 256 × 768).
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, in the outdoor version. The indoor panel (P1.5, P2, P2.5) runs at 700–800 nits and needs cover: a covered terrace, a marquee or an event tent is fine; direct rain and full sun are not. For an open-air venue the outdoor, cabinet-built P2.5 poster belongs there at 4,500–5,000 nits, and for a larger surface the outdoor P3 cabinet wall. Both are available to rent, quoted individually.
How many panels should I hire?
One panel is enough for a digital poster; two if you have two entrances or two sides of a stand. If you need one large, seamless screen — a stage backdrop, the main conference display, a concert — then it is no longer a poster but an LED wall: there we link three to five panels into a single surface.
Which version can I hire the LED poster in?
Four poster versions are available on the same 64 × 192 cm frame: indoor P1.5, P2 and P2.5 GOB, plus the outdoor cabinet-built P2.5. Viewing distance and venue decide: P1.5 or P2 for close viewing, P2.5 for a more open space, and the outdoor 4,500–5,000 nit cabinet version for an uncovered venue. How far in advance should I book?
We confirm availability within 24 hours. For one or two panels there is often stock free a few days ahead; in the event season (May–October and December) it is worth giving us two or three weeks.
