LED furniture rental for events — illuminated tables, chairs and bar counters, without a cable
At an evening event the lighting and the furniture are usually two separate items, with two separate suppliers and a pile of cable between them. Illuminated furniture merges the two: the furniture itself is the light source, and because it runs on a battery it goes where the flow of guests wants it — not where the socket happens to be.

The same 45 battery-powered pieces of furniture lit from within, and the same 23 ready-made sets, that you can buy are also available to hire: cocktail tables, dining tables, chairs, armchairs, sofas, bar counters, stools and the relax lounger. No cable and no socket are needed, one charge lights them for 6–8 hours, the colour is switched by remote control from seven options, and the body is IP54 water-resistant. One day's hire costs 20% of the gross retail price, and a package works out better: a ready-made set costs less per day than its pieces hired separately. Put together what you want and how many of each, tell us how many days you need it for, and we will send an itemised quote for your list.

What you can hire
The whole range is available to hire, not just a selection of it: 16 tables (coffee, dining and cocktail tables from 40 to 110 cm high), 12 sofas and armchairs, 7 chairs, 7 bar counters (straight and corner elements, with lower or upper storage), 3 stools and the 195 cm relax lounger. Alongside those there are 23 ready-made sets: a dining set with four chairs, a cocktail table with bar stools, an L-shaped bar counter, a lounge corner, and poolside and chill-out sets. Sets are useful for hire too, because they furnish a spot in one go: you do not have to work out piece by piece what is still missing. Sets pay off twice over when hiring: they lay out a zone in a single step, and their daily rate is lower than that of their pieces hired separately — the rental configurator shows that package saving in figures for every set. If you do not know what you need, it is enough to tell us what kind of event it is and how many guests are coming: we will put the list together for you.
Why it earns its place at an event
There is no cable: no generator at the far end of the garden, no cable ramp under the guests' feet, and nothing to trip over beside the dance floor. The built-in battery lights a piece for 6–8 hours depending on the colour, which carries an evening programme through. The colour is switched by remote control from seven options, so dinner can have a warm, calm light and the party something else — with no decorator and no second hire. The body is polyethylene, impact- and UV-resistant and IP54 water-resistant: a summer shower or a spilt drink will not take a piece out of service. The surface wipes clean, so between two events you need a damp cloth, not an upholstery cleaner.
How hiring works
In the rental configurator every hireable piece and ready-made set carries its daily rate: 20% of the gross retail price. You tick what you want and how many of each, say how many days you need it for and send it in — we then send an itemised, individual quote for your list. We ask for an enquiry rather than a shopping basket because a list cannot answer two things: what is free for the dates you want, and how it gets to the venue. We check both and reply in writing. For several days and for larger set-ups we quote a better rate than the simple sum of the daily rates — the exact figure is in the quote. Nothing is booked until we have confirmed it, and until then you are under no obligation.
How much furniture to plan for
At a standing reception 3–4 guests stand comfortably around an 80 cm cocktail table, so for 40 people 10–13 tables is the realistic order of magnitude. For a seated dinner a Ø100 cm dining table takes 4–5 place settings. In a lounge zone one group of seating (a sofa, or two armchairs and a coffee table) seats 3–5 guests, and typically about a third of the guests are sitting down at any one time. The other consideration is the space itself: illuminated furniture looks its best when it fills 20–30 per cent of the area and the rest stays walkable. Cram everything in and the light breaks up, turning the effect into exactly its opposite.
What to watch out for on site
Plan charging for the day before the event, not for its final hours: the manufacturer states 6–8 hours of light but gives no charging time, which is why recharging during the event is not worth counting on. For an event that runs until dawn, either work with spare pieces or accept that the light will run out towards the end; the furniture stays usable either way, only dark. When it comes to moving things, weight matters: the lightest coffee table is 3.5 kg and the largest sofa 35 kg. One person carries the smaller pieces, the big ones take two. In transport it is the space the tops and the sofas take up that is the bottleneck, not the weight.
Hire or buy?
For a one-off occasion — a wedding, a company Christmas party, a product launch — hiring is the cheaper and simpler route: no storage, no charging between events, and what happens to the furniture after the season is not your problem. If you need it several times a year, though, or your own venue (a restaurant, a terrace, an event house, a hotel) would use it regularly, then after a handful of occasions buying works out better: the list prices and the full range are on the LED furniture product pages, and a ready-made set can also be ordered with a 5% discount. If you are unsure, tell us how many times a year you would use it and we will say which one pays off.
Milyen alkalomra?
A wedding is worth furnishing in three zones: illuminated standing tables for the reception hour after the ceremony, seated tables for dinner, and a lounge corner plus a counter beside the dancing. Because the light comes from the furniture itself and runs on a battery, there is no socket to hunt for in a country-house courtyard or out on a meadow. Send us the date, the venue and the number of guests, and we will put the list together.
Részletek →At a company evening the illuminated standing table is the single most important item: it divides the room and sorts the conversation into groups of three or four. Add a counter for service and one or two lounge islands for longer discussions. The closest of the seven colours to your brand colour can be chosen, but this furniture shows no logo and no moving image. Send us the number of guests, the venue and the date, and we will put a proposal together.
Részletek →A festival calls for the low pieces: cube stools, bean-bag-style armchairs and low tables for the visitor chill-out zone, modular sofas for the VIP tent and backstage. They light up from a battery, so no generator and no cable ramps are needed in the middle of the site. The polyethylene body takes showers, dust and constant moving. Tell us how many zones you are planning and for how many people.
Részletek →A garden party needs few pieces, but well placed ones: one illuminated table for the food, two or three groups of seating for conversation, and a relax lounger with a low side table by the pool. No socket and no extension lead are needed, so the dark far end of the garden stays usable in the evening. Tell us how many guests you are expecting and how big the garden is, and we will suggest a set-up.
Részletek →Two elements earn their keep on a stand: an illuminated reception counter on the busy side, and behind or beside it a meeting corner with two to four seats. Because it runs on a battery, you do not have to request a power circuit from the organiser and no cable runs across the stand floor. It will not show brand content, though — that needs a display. Send us the size of the stand, the days of the fair and the venue.
Részletek →For a hospitality business, hiring pays off in four typical cases: for the summer season on the terrace, as a trial before buying, to bridge a refurbishment or a furniture change, and for the occasional event weekend. The pieces light up from a battery and the surface wipes clean, so they fit into daily operation. Tell us how big the terrace is, how many guests you are planning for and which period it is about.

How much does it cost to hire LED furniture?
One day's hire costs 20% of the item's gross retail price. For example, the cube stool at HUF 45,000 gross has a daily rate of HUF 9,000 gross, and the round dining table at HUF 215,000 gross a daily rate of HUF 43,000 gross. For several days and for larger set-ups we quote an individual rate that is better than this.
Is a package really cheaper?
Yes. The retail price of a ready-made set is already 5% below the sum of its pieces, so its daily rate is exactly that much lower than the same pieces hired separately. The configurator shows for every set how much you save per day with it.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Besides your name and contact details, tell us how many days you need it for, roughly when, and what kind of event it is — a few sentences about the venue and the number of guests is plenty. If you have picked the pieces in the configurator, that list is sent along with the enquiry and we quote on it.
How long does one charge last?
The manufacturer states 6–8 hours, depending on the colour chosen. That carries an evening programme through; it is worth planning the charging for the day before the event.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. The body is polyethylene, UV-resistant and IP54 water-resistant, so splashing water and rain will not put it out of service. Immersing it is another matter: it is not made to be thrown into a pool.
Can the colour be changed during the event?
Yes, by remote control, from seven colours. Most people choose a warm, calm light for dinner and something livelier for the party.
Do you deliver to the venue?
We agree delivery in the confirmation: the method, the timing and the charge depend on the venue and the quantity. Tell us the town and we will tell you the simplest way to do it.
Can I hire a ready-made set rather than single pieces?
Yes, all 23 sets are available to hire: a dining set with four chairs, a cocktail table with bar stools, an L-shaped bar counter, a lounge corner, and poolside and chill-out sets. A set is also simpler to confirm in one go than ten separate pieces.
What happens if something is damaged at the event?
We set out how liability works in the confirmation and in the rental terms, before you sign anything. The polyethylene body is impact-resistant and stands up to normal event use.
I would rather buy — is that possible?
Yes, the same 45 pieces and 23 sets can be bought, with published list prices. If you would use them several times a year, buying costs less after a handful of occasions.
