Frequently asked questions

General questions
How much does an LED video wall system cost?
The price depends on the size, the pixel pitch, whether it is an indoor or an outdoor build, and on the control system. Our calculator gives an instant indicative price; a firm quotation follows a site survey.
What size LED video wall do I need?
That depends on the site and the viewing distance. Our configurator recommends a size and a pixel pitch from a few questions, then works out the resolution and the price.
What is pixel pitch?
The distance in millimetres between the centres of two neighbouring LED pixels (P3, for example). The smaller it is, the finer the image and the closer you can stand — but the more it costs.
How much power does an LED video wall draw?
Real average consumption is typically 35–45% of the peak figure. Our power calculator estimates the annual electricity cost from the size and the operating hours.
Is an LED video wall complicated to control?
No. It can be driven over Wi-Fi, over a UTP cable or from the cloud (SIM). Content is changed from a phone or a computer in a few clicks, on a schedule if you wish.
How long do manufacturing and installation take?
It depends on the size and the build, typically a few weeks. We agree the exact schedule at the survey; we ship across Europe from our production base in Győr, Hungary.
Can I get a warranty on the LED video wall?
Yes. Alongside the standard warranty you can choose an annual renewing extended warranty plan with on-site maintenance and fast module replacement.
Renting or buying an LED video wall — which is better value?
For a one-off event renting is the economical choice; for regular use buying pays for itself sooner. We offer both, installation included.
