LED wall rental — one seamless screen, daily rate
Our rental LED wall is built from portrait panels 64 cm wide and 192 cm tall that link side by side: from a poster-sized display to a 3.2-metre-wide 16:9 video wall, we can deliver five sizes. The panel comes in five rentable versions — indoor P1.5, P2 and P2.5 GOB, plus outdoor cabinet-built P2.5 and P3 — so we can supply a wall for a covered venue and for the open air alike.
Which pixel pitch do you need? If viewers stop within arm's reach of the screen, a finer pitch belongs there (P1.5 or P2); for long viewing distances or under open sky the outdoor, cabinet-built P2.5 or P3 is the right choice. Our daily list price covers the indoor P2 panel; for the other versions we quote once we know the venue and the duration.

LED wall rental for weddings
A wedding LED wall works in two places: at the entrance, a single portrait panel greets the guests as a welcome sign — the couple's names, the date, the monogram on a slowly moving background — while in the dining room a wider wall carries the engagement photos, the video messages and the visuals for the party. Both are built from the same LED poster panel, stand on their own feet, run from one socket, and stay sharp in daylight and in a glass-walled room. It can be rented in indoor P1.5, P2 and P2.5 versions; for an uncovered garden venue the outdoor, cabinet-built P2.5 or P3 belongs there.

A conference LED wall takes the projector's place: the laptop image goes in via HDMI, the slides fill the surface without distortion, and the room does not need blackout — it stays readable in morning daylight and under evening lighting alike. The speaker can step in front of the wall without casting a shadow, and people seated at the side see the same picture as those in the middle.

On stage the LED wall carries spectacle, not information: moving graphics behind the performer, the DJ's visuals, the winner's name and the sponsors at an award show, the live feed at an indoor sports event. The rental five-panel 320 × 192 cm wall, close to 16:9, is made for exactly this size: it fits a 4-metre club stage, a festival-tent podium or a ballroom stage, and it is visible from the back rows.

Free setup and training
We do not charge for setting up on site or for training you to run the display — it is part of every rental.
How the rental works
- 1Delivery
On the agreed day we bring the panels from our Győr warehouse to the venue. Delivery is charged on the real return kilometres.
- 2Setup
We stand it up, link it, get it running — free of charge. A quarter of an hour for one panel, about an hour for five.
- 3Training
We show you how to change the content from a USB stick or a phone. Five minutes and you run it on your own.
- 4Operation
For a one-day event you can book an operator who stays on site throughout. For longer rentals you operate it yourself after the training, with phone support.
- 5Collection
At the end of the rental we come, dismantle and take it away. For multi-day rentals this is a separate trip, so delivery counts twice.

All five versions share the same 64 × 192 cm, 320 × 960 pixel display area; the pixel pitch, the brightness and the housing differ. The indoor version folds, the outdoor one is a demountable cabinet. Our daily list price covers the indoor P2 panel; the other versions are quoted individually.

The pixel pitch (the P number) tells you how close the screen can be viewed: the value in millimetres is roughly the shortest comfortable viewing distance in metres. We only publish a price where we have one: the daily rate applies to the indoor P2 panel. For the other versions we quote once we know the venue, the duration and the screen area you need — with outdoor equipment, cover and power supply matter too.

LED wall rental — frequently asked questions
How much does LED wall rental cost?
Our stock panel on list price is the indoor P2: about 75 € net per panel per day (indicative, at 400 HUF/EUR). A one-day, one-panel rental in Győr without an operator is therefore about 75 € net, plus delivery (0.50 € net per kilometre, return trip) and an operator if you want one. The calculator on the size pages works out the full amount from your postcode straight away — also for the P2 panel. For the other versions (indoor P1.5 and P2.5, outdoor P2.5 and P3) we quote individually.
What does the rental fee include?
The panels with their feet, the player and the controller, setup on site and training. Setup and training are free. Delivery is a separate item because it depends on distance: 0.50 € net per kilometre for the return trip from Győr (indicative).
Which version should I choose?
Five versions are available to rent, all in the same system: indoor P1.5, P2 and P2.5 GOB posters, plus the outdoor cabinet-built P2.5 poster and P3 wall. Pixel pitch follows viewing distance: if viewers stop within arm's reach of the screen, the finer P1.5 or P2 is right; if the audience sits further back, P2.5 gives the same picture for less; and under open sky, in sunshine and rain, the outdoor cabinet-built P2.5 or P3 belongs there. Do I need an operator?
No. We train you, and changing content from a USB stick or a phone takes five minutes. For a one-day event you can book an operator who stays for the whole time: about 63 € net per day (indicative). The calculator has this ticked by default, but you can untick it.
What is the parking and loading help?
The panels are heavy, and for delivery we need to stop close to the entrance. If you can provide a parking space and one person to help with loading, there is no surcharge. If not, we handle the loading ourselves and charge about 88 € net (indicative).
How is delivery calculated?
0.50 € net (indicative) per kilometre of the return road distance from Győr. For a one-day rental we count one return trip (delivery and collection on the same day). For multi-day rentals two separate trips are needed, so delivery counts twice. The calculator gives exact kilometres from the postcode.
What content can be shown?
Images and video (JPG, PNG, MP4) from a USB stick, or from a phone through the controller app. A laptop can be connected via HDMI, so presentations, a live camera or a stream also work. The resolution matches the chosen size — the size pages give the exact figures.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, in the outdoor version. The indoor panels (P1.5, P2, P2.5) need cover: they work on a covered terrace, in a marquee or an event tent, but not in direct rain or blazing sun. Under open sky the outdoor, cabinet-built version belongs — the outdoor P2.5 poster at 4,500–5,000 nits, or for a larger surface the outdoor P3 cabinet poster, which gives the same 4,500–5,000 nits at a coarser pitch and a lower price. Both are available to rent, quoted individually.
How far in advance should I book?
We confirm bookings within 24 hours according to availability. In the event season (May–October, December) it is worth booking 2–3 weeks ahead; for one or two panels there is often stock available a few days before.
