LED wall rental for weddings in Hungary

A wedding LED wall works in two places: at the entrance, a single portrait panel greets the guests as a welcome sign — the couple's names, the date, the monogram on a slowly moving background — while in the dining room a wider wall carries the engagement photos, the video messages and the visuals for the party. Both are built from the same LED poster panel, stand on their own feet, run from one socket, and stay sharp in daylight and in a glass-walled room. It can be rented in indoor P1.5, P2 and P2.5 versions; for an uncovered garden venue the outdoor, cabinet-built P2.5 or P3 belongs there.

We deliver, set up and train the master of ceremonies or the DJ — free of charge — and collect the wall at the end of the hire. You change the content from a USB stick or a phone, block by block: reception, dinner, cake cutting, party.

Which size for which moment?

One panel is enough for the entrance and the reception desk: 64 × 192 cm, portrait, like a poster — the welcome sign, the seating plan and the hashtag belong here. For the dining room it depends on the headcount: under 60–80 guests, the three-panel 192 × 192 cm square shows portrait and square photos without cropping; in a larger room, the five-panel 320 × 192 cm wall, close to 16:9, runs the wedding film and the photo sequence at full width. You can hire both together — pick one size in the calculator, mention the second in the message, and we quote them as one.

Quiet, plug-in, no blackout needed

Wedding venues can rarely be darkened, and the noise of technology during the ceremony is unwelcome. The indoor poster panel emits its own light, so it stays readable during an afternoon civil ceremony in a glass-walled room or on a covered terrace; it has none of the fan bank that hums in large cabinet-based event walls, and one wall socket is all it needs. What the indoor panel cannot do: direct rain and blazing sun — for an open-air garden ceremony we supply the outdoor, cabinet-built P2.5 poster or P3 wall, which is also available to rent, quoted individually. In a marquee, under a pergola or on a covered terrace, the indoor panel is fine.

Content: what to prepare, and in which size

The wall resolution is fixed: one panel is 320 × 960 pixels portrait, five panels 1600 × 960. We send this size in the booking confirmation so the designer or photographer works in it — a low-resolution image uploaded from a phone is the weak point of most wedding LED walls. A simple playlist is enough: entrance (names, date, monogram), reception (engagement photos every 8–10 seconds), dinner (photos of the years together), cake cutting (video messages), party (the DJ's visuals or a simple light show). A laptop can be connected via HDMI if the DJ works from one.

Placement, loading, timing

Let the decorator and the photographer decide the wall's position together: not behind the ceremony backdrop, where it glows in every photo, and not on the photographer's shooting spot. Good places are the side wall by the entrance, the short side of the dance floor behind the DJ, and the long wall of the dining room. The panels are heavy: the van must be able to stop near the entrance, and in a castle with stairs or a cellar a helper is needed for loading — if the venue provides one there is no surcharge; if not, we handle it for a net surcharge. Setup is ideal once the room is furnished but before the guests arrive: one panel takes a quarter of an hour, five panels about an hour.

How much does a wedding LED wall cost?

The list price covers the indoor P2 panel: a net daily rate per panel — indicative: about €75 net per panel per day at a fixed 400 HUF/EUR conversion. A single portrait welcome panel for one day is therefore about €75 net, the five-panel projection wall about €375 net per day. Add delivery from Győr, charged net per kilometre for the return trip — one trip for a one-day wedding; two trips and a two-day hire if the welcome sign is needed the evening before. Most couples do not book an operator, because after the training the master of ceremonies or the DJ runs the wall; if you want one, it is a net daily rate. Setup and training are free. How many panels does a wedding need?

The most common setup: one portrait panel at the entrance as a welcome sign, and three to five panels in the dining room. Under 60–80 guests the three-panel square, in a larger room the five-panel wall close to 16:9. Pick one size in the calculator and mention the second in the message.

Does the LED wall's noise disturb the ceremony?

No. The indoor poster panel is a free-standing display without the fan bank that hums in large cabinet-based walls — it cannot be heard during the vows. It runs from one wall socket.

Can it be used at a garden or outdoor wedding?

On a covered terrace, in a marquee or under a pergola, the indoor panel is fine. In direct rain and blazing sun, no — that is an indoor unit. For an open-air ceremony the outdoor, cabinet-built P2.5 poster (4,500–5,000 nits) or P3 poster (a coarser pitch at the same 4,500–5,000 nits) belongs there — those are available to rent too, quoted individually.
