LED wall rental for conferences and corporate events in Hungary

A conference LED wall takes the projector's place: the laptop image goes in via HDMI, the slides fill the surface without distortion, and the room does not need blackout — it stays readable in morning daylight and under evening lighting alike. The speaker can step in front of the wall without casting a shadow, and people seated at the side see the same picture as those in the middle.

The four-panel 4:3 wall matches the aspect ratio of PowerPoint and Keynote slides; the five-panel wall, close to 16:9, suits video and live streams. For a one-day conference you can book an on-site operator who stays throughout; for multi-day events, the technician or organiser runs it after the training, with phone support.

Size for the room and the slides

Conference content is meant to be read — charts, agenda, captions — so viewing distance sets the size: the 192 cm image height stays readable up to roughly 15 metres of room depth as long as the slides do not use tiny type. Aspect ratio sets the width: the four-panel 256 × 192 cm wall for 4:3 slides, the five-panel 320 × 192 cm wall for 16:9 presentations and video. For a breakout room or a 30–60 person workshop the two-panel 128 × 192 cm wall is enough; for registration and the foyer, a single portrait panel with the programme, room plan and sponsor logos.

Laptop, streaming, hybrid events

The wall connects to the laptop via HDMI, so the presentation, the camera feed and the video-conference image all go on it — at a hybrid event the remote speaker appears on the same surface as the local slides. Content switching happens on the laptop, not on the wall; it works without an operator as long as the technician knows what is being mirrored. Still images and video can also be loaded from a USB stick or a phone — sponsor logos, the title of the next session and the Wi-Fi code during the break.

Bright room, glass wall, atrium

Modern conference rooms have glass walls, and in an office-building atrium the light comes from above — a projector has no chance here, whereas the LED wall emits its own light. No curtains are needed, participants take notes in natural light, and the photographer gets bright pictures. A covered terrace, a hotel ballroom with panoramic windows, a corporate day in a marquee: all indoor environments where the indoor panel works without trouble. Direct rain and blazing sun, no — that calls for the outdoor, cabinet-built version, which we also rent out.

Operator or training?

At a one-day conference most organisers book the operator: a net daily rate, present throughout, handling the wall settings, helping with laptop changes and swapping content during breaks. It is ticked by default in the calculator but can be removed. For multi-day events the organiser's technician runs the wall after the training — free, five minutes, and we are reachable by phone the whole time. Setting up four panels takes about three quarters of an hour, so it fits comfortably after the room is furnished and before registration opens.

How much does a conference LED wall cost?

The list price covers the indoor P2 panel: a net daily rate per panel — indicative: about €75 net per panel per day at a fixed 400 HUF/EUR conversion. The four-panel 4:3 wall is therefore about €300 net per day, the five-panel wall about €375 net. Add delivery from Győr, charged net per kilometre for the return trip — to Budapest, for example, 242 km, about €121 net for one trip — and, if you want one, the operator at a net daily rate of about €62.50. A one-day, four-panel conference in Budapest with an operator thus comes to about €483.50 net. For multi-day hires the delivery is split into two trips. What size LED wall does a 100-person conference need?

Typically four panels (256 × 192 cm, 4:3) for slides, or five panels (320 × 192 cm, 16:9) if the main content is video or a live stream. In a room 8–12 metres deep both remain readable from the back.

Can I connect a laptop?

Yes, via HDMI. The presentation, the camera feed and the video-conference image all go on it; switching happens on the laptop. Still images and video can also be loaded from a USB stick or a phone.

Does the room need blackout?

No. The indoor panel emits its own light and stays sharp in a glass-walled room or an atrium. That is the main difference from a projector.
