A LED poster display stands where a paper poster would, except that the content can be changed in minutes: no printing, no courier, no fly-posting on site. This model is the entry pixel density, indoor version of the range. The image area is 192 cm tall and 64 cm wide, that is 1.2288 m², and the whole product is 66 cm wide, so only 1 cm of frame runs along each side of the picture — that is what makes it look like a poster rather than a stand. The surface is built from 24 LED modules of 16 × 32 cm each, four modules wide and six modules tall, so a failed segment can be replaced on its own. The frame folds and stands on a wheeled base measuring 45 × 66 cm, taking up roughly 0.30 m² of floor area (calculated). Control is by a built-in unit over Wi-Fi, a UTP network cable or an audio port, and several units can be daisy-chained if you later want to build a larger continuous surface. When is the P2.5 pixel density enough?
The viewing distance decides, not the catalogue
P2.5 means that the centres of neighbouring pixels are 2.5 mm apart. Two complementary rules of thumb are in circulation. One says that the comfortable minimum viewing distance in metres is roughly the pixel pitch in millimetres, that is 2.5 metres — from there text and logos read clearly. The other, stricter rule says that about 5 metres is needed for the pixel grid not to be perceptible at all. In practical terms: if the nearest viewer regularly stands within 2 metres — a reception desk, a small-footprint boutique, a customer service window — then the finer P2 GOB or P1.5 GOB version is the right choice. If the viewer is typically beyond 3 metres, or simply walks past the surface, then the P2.5 is exactly where it should be, and the premium paid for a finer pitch brings no visible difference.
Space, moving it, power demand
What the 201 cm, the 45 kg and the 3.6 A mean on site
The poster display is 201 cm tall including the castors. Most indoor doorways are between 200 and 210 cm, so it is worth measuring the access route in advance — thresholds, door frames, stair turns, lift height; that is exactly what we go through on the site survey. On a flat floor one person can push the 45 kg on its castors, but lifting it, carrying it up stairs or loading it into a vehicle is a two-person job. Power demand is the most common worry, and the answer is reassuring: the manufacturer's maximum is 3.6 A, which at 230 V is 828 W (calculated), so a single poster display runs on a conventional 16 amp socket circuit. No separate feed, heavy-current installation or three-phase supply is needed. Maximum monthly consumption at 10 operating hours a day is 240 kWh (calculated ceiling) — that is the worst case, reckoned with an all-white image at full brightness.
What is in the price, and what costs extra
Itemised, net of VAT
The price is about €1,630 net (indicative, excluding VAT); related to the 1.2288 m² image area that is about €1,320 net/m² (calculated). Included in the price: the finished, folding LED poster display, delivery to your address, on-site installation of the control software, operator training and the manufacturer's full warranty; the manufacturer also records that the system is built by a licensed electrical engineering instructor. There is one separate item: the wheeled flight case, at a premium of about €365 net — we have a separate product page about that, because it is not worth it for everyone. What is not in the price: producing the content, ongoing content management as a service, and any electrical alteration if there is no usable socket at the desired point.
Where we are glad to put it, and where we are not
On a shop floor, in a hotel reception area, in a bank branch, in a waiting room, in the foyer of an event room, beside an exhibition stand — anywhere a paper poster would stand but the content would change weekly or daily. There are two places we do not recommend it for. One is a shop window in direct sunlight: 700–800 nits was made for indoor levels and looks washed out in strong sun; that calls for the outdoor cabinet build with 4,500–5,000 nits. The other is the case where the surface goes onto a wall permanently and never moves: then you would be paying for a wheeled base and a folding frame you never use — a cabinet LED wall is the more economical solution there.

Exactly how big is it, and how much space does it take?
The image area is 192 × 64 cm (1920 × 640 mm), that is 1.2288 m². The whole product is 66 cm wide and 201 cm tall including the castors, and the base is 45 × 66 cm, roughly 0.30 m² of floor area (calculated). Because of the 201 cm height it is worth checking the door height and the turn into the lift in advance in an older building.

From what distance does the pixel become invisible?
The threshold for comfortable readability is about 2.5 metres, and the pixel grid disappears completely from about 5 metres. Beyond 3 metres the difference between the P2.5 and the finer-pitch models disappears in practice, so paying a premium there is unnecessary.
Will it be good in a shop window that catches the afternoon sun?
Not this model. The 700–800 nits were made for indoor levels and it looks washed out in direct sunlight. For a sunlit shop window we recommend the outdoor cabinet build, with a brightness of 4,500–5,000 nits.
Does it need a separate circuit?
No. The manufacturer's maximum is 3.6 A, which at 230 V is 828 W (calculated) — a standard 16 amp domestic circuit copes with that easily. With several units it does matter, though: the theoretical 18 A peak of five panels calls for two separate circuits.
What happens if part of it fails?
The surface is built from 24 LED modules of 16 × 32 cm each, so the repair is modular: the affected segment can be replaced rather than the whole display. We set out the specific service and spare parts terms in the quote.
What is the warranty?
The manufacturer's data sheet promises a full warranty without stating a specific duration — we do not fill that in with an invented number of years. We obtain the exact warranty period from the manufacturer in writing on a quote request and hand it over as an annex to the quote.
