Linsn RV908M32 LED receiving card
The RV908M32 is Linsn's receiving card designed specifically for manufacturer standardisation: it is the same size as the RV901 and fully compatible with it, but carries 12 HUB75 connectors built onto the card, so no separate HUB card is required. Because of the "M" designation the card uses E-type scan control, which supports scan modes up to 32 (as against the base RV908T/RV908H variants).
A single card is loadable to a maximum of 1024×768 pixels (the actual recommended figure depends on the LED wall design) and outputs 24 groups of RGB data. It supports 12-bit HDMI colour input (with a 9th generation sending card), 18-bit signal processing (260,000 grayscale levels per channel), per-pixel brightness and colour calibration, and single-card colour space conversion.
On reliability, dual receiving card hot backup and a network cable bit error rate (BER) test are also available, with RoHS and CE-EMC Class B conformity.
Where the RV908M32 sits in an LED wall system
Linsn sending card (TS802 or a 9th generation model) → Cat5e/Cat6 → RV908M32 → 12 built-in HUB75 ports → module: no separate HUB card. Its size and pinout match those of the RV901 and it is fully compatible with it, so when extending or replacing older Linsn walls it can be fitted without mechanical modification — in practice its strongest argument. A single card is loadable to a maximum of 1024×768 pixels (the actual recommended figure depends on the wall design and the scan mode) and outputs 24 groups of RGB data. For standardised manufacturer cabinet designs where the receiving card is to be integrated directly onto the module, without a separate HUB card, with a high (32) scan mode.

The RV908M32 in practice
The 32 scan mode is the main difference from the plain RV908T/RV908H variants, and it is what most often goes wrong at ordering: if the module requires 1/32 scan, the non-M variant simply cannot drive it, and the mistake only comes to light on site. Commissioning takes place in LEDStudio's `Screen Setup` interface, in a password-protected service menu: this is where the cabinet resolution, the scan mode, the HUB arrangement and the card order are entered, and then saved to the cards — without saving, a power cut wipes everything. The 12-bit HDMI colour input specifically requires a 9th generation Linsn sending card; with an older sender the function is unavailable. For diagnostics there is the network cable bit error rate (BER) test and dual-card hot backup. Replacing a card loses that section's configuration and calibration unless there is a backup.
Alternatives to the RV908M32
In an existing Linsn system this is the natural choice; if 32 scan is not needed, the base RV908 variants are cheaper. In other ecosystems the NovaStar MRV412-N and DH7512-S, the Huidu HD-R512T and the Colorlight 5A-75E are its direct counterparts — all with built-in HUB ports, but switching affects the sending card and the entire software environment as well, so it is not worth changing manufacturer halfway through. For a fine-pitch, HDR-capable wall facing a camera, the Colorlight i9 or the NovaStar A8s Pro is the higher level. The deciding factors: what scan mode the module requires, and which manufacturer's sender is already in the system.
