An illuminated armchair shaped like a beanbag but built from rigid polyethylene: 68 × 66 cm, 62 cm high, weighing only 6 kg. For relaxed chill-out zones where a fabric cover would not survive the season. The price is shown above on this page.
LED beanbag-shaped armchair, 68 × 66 × 62 cm (B108B)
The LED beanbag armchair brings the look of relaxed, floor-level seating, but with a polyethylene body like every other piece in the range — so there is no filling, no cover, and it does not soak up water. A 68 × 66 cm footprint, 62 cm high, 6 kg. It is made for festivals, poolsides, youth events and family programmes.

Why a rigid-bodied beanbag is better at an event
A classic fabric-covered beanbag gets soaked through a single season, fades, and keeps a stain from every spilt drink. This model is polyethylene: IP54 water-resistant, UV-resistant and impact-resistant, so after rain you wipe it down and it is ready to use. The shape stays — it does not flatten, it never needs refilling, and every piece looks the same at the end of the season as at the start. In a hire fleet that means the furniture drops out through damage, not through use, which is far easier to plan for.
Where it belongs
62 cm high, a relaxed seating position: chill-out zone, festival, pool area, youth programme. It is not dinner furniture — that calls for a chair with a backrest, 72–80 cm in overall height. It is worth pairing with low tables of 20–46 cm so that a seated guest can reach a glass. The 20 cm low table and the 40–46 cm lounge tables in the range go well with it.
6 kg: the lightest seating piece
It can be moved with one hand, even between guests. Two people carry a set of 20 in over ten trips, realistically in twenty minutes. In the vehicle, at 68 × 66 cm, six pieces stand in one layer on a 1.7 × 3 metre floor, and at 6 kg they can also be transported in several layers if secured. The trade-off is that light weight: empty, in a strong wind, it can move, so bear that in mind on an open terrace or a rooftop.
Light, running time, cleaning
A 5200 mAh battery, 6–8 hours of light depending on the colour — enough to cover the evening part of a festival day. The seven colours switch by remote control, on every piece at once. Cleaning is with a damp cloth. At a festival the most common soiling is mud and spilt drink — both wipe off and neither soaks in. Wiping down a full set of 20 takes about half an hour, not a day.
What to pair it with in a chill-out zone
The logical table to go with it is the 20 cm high, 60 × 60 cm top in the range, or the 40–46 cm lounge tables. Four beanbags around one low table make an island of roughly 4 m², which fits into the corner of a festival tent. Mixed with the cube stools, the chill-out zone builds up in layers: the beanbag is the seat you lean back in, the 40 cm cube is the set-down surface and the occasional seat. Both weigh 5–6 kg, so the same crew carries them in over the same number of trips — the set-up time does not grow, only the look gets richer.
Typical applications
LED beanbag-shaped armchair, 68 × 66 × 62 cm (B108B) — frequently asked questions
Is this a real beanbag, with a filling?
No. The shape is that of a beanbag, but the body is polyethylene like the rest of the range: there is no filling and no cover, so it cannot get waterlogged and it does not flatten.
Why is it better at an event than a fabric-covered beanbag?
Because it is IP54 water-resistant, UV-resistant and wipeable. A fabric-covered piece gets soaked through a single season, fades, and keeps a stain from every spilt drink.
What kind of table goes with it?
Low tables of 20–46 cm, so that a seated guest can reach a glass. The 62 cm seating height is not suited to a dining table.
Can it move in the wind?
Empty, in a strong wind, yes, because it weighs only 6 kg. On an open terrace or a rooftop, put it somewhere more sheltered.
How long does it take to clean a set of 20?
About half an hour with a damp cloth. Mud and spilt drinks do not soak into the polyethylene surface.
