Why a mobile bar needs a corner
Behind a straight run of counter the bartender can only step forwards and backwards. In an L shape there are two working positions: one arm for service, the other for preparation. At an evening peak that difference is ten to twenty minutes of waiting time for the guest. The closed U shape goes one step further: the bartender stands in the middle with everything within reach, and the guests gather round. That takes two corners and three straight elements, giving an island of roughly 250 × 170 cm in total.
What the element contributes within the counter family
This is the lighter element in the family: 19 kg against the 25 kg of the straight elements, and one 5200 mAh battery — not twin cells, because the LED section is shorter. The manufacturer states 6–8 hours of lighting time depending on the colour, so there is no practical difference in running time. Its height is 110 cm, matching the C177 and C176 elements, and it also joins the 109.5 cm C181 family with a half-centimetre difference. Do not put it in the same row as the 100 cm stand-alone counter, though.
Loading and storage
19 kg: over a short distance one person can carry it, but with an 80 × 80 cm body, doorways and stairs are safer with two. Two people carry one element in per trip. In the vehicle, at 80 × 80 cm, four elements stand in one layer on a 1.7 × 3 metre floor. A complete L-shaped bar — one corner, two straight elements — still fits into a van if the floor is used properly, and that is the most frequently hired bar configuration.
Operational cleaning and outdoor use
An IP54 water-resistant, UV-resistant, impact-resistant polyethylene body that also tolerates temperature extremes. It can stay out on a terrace right through the season. The corner is the busiest point of a counter: this is where the bartender turns, where the ice and the waste go. It wipes down with a damp cloth, and there is no join line for syrup to stick in. Within ten minutes of closing the whole counter is clean — something an events crew can still fit into the last trip.

Why not just build a straight run of counter?

Two is the safe answer. At 19 kg one person can carry it over a short distance, but with an 80 × 80 cm body it is not worth doing alone in doorways or on stairs.
