This is the largest seating group among our lounge sets. Three people sit on the 177 cm cushioned sofa and one guest in each of the two high-backed armchairs, with the 160 x 80 cm large table between them, big enough for the ice bucket, the platters and the glasses. The 88 cm armchair backrests are visible from the far end of a room, so the zone stands out from a distance. The four pieces come to 91 kg in total, the sofa 35 kg and the table 32 kg: these are moved by two people, which makes the set a VIP island set up once and left in place for the whole event. Five batteries light it, with no cable.

Two layouts and the space they need
In the basic arrangement the sofa stands along one long side of the table and the two armchairs opposite it, on the other long side. In depth that is 77 + 35 + 80 + 35 + 68 cm, about 295 cm, and in width the 177 cm of the sofa governs: roughly 1.8 x 3 m, 5.3 m2. The two armchairs take 140 cm of the 160 cm table side, so they fit comfortably. If the party is to face the open side of the zone, the armchairs go at the two short ends of the table. The width is then 68 + 30 + 160 + 30 + 68 = 356 cm, the depth about 1.9 m, and the area roughly 6.8 m2.
The table as the centre of the zone
The 160 x 80 cm top is a surface of 1.28 m2, 57 cm high. That is higher than a conventional coffee table, and here it is deliberate: a guest sitting more upright in a high-backed armchair reaches it without leaning forward, and the top also works as a serving surface. In a VIP box the chilled drinks, the finger food and the programme go on it, so it is not a place to put things down but the party's table. Those on the sofa sit lower, and for them the table is a little higher than a low coffee table. If your guests mostly talk leaning back, it is worth adding a smaller, lower table in front of the sofa, with the large table staying in the middle of the party.
Sponsor lounge: colour, light, cushions
The furniture is not a display and shows no logo. The sponsor's presence belongs on the wall or banner behind it, while the set can be set to the sponsor's colour from the seven available, for the whole evening. Five batteries work in it: two in the sofa and one each in the armchairs and the table, all 5200 mAh, 26,000 mAh together. The manufacturer states 6-8 hours of light depending on the colour, which covers the evening of a gala. The sofa and the armchairs are cushioned. We have no manufacturer's data on their material, so in an outdoor box bring the cushions in before rain; the body is IP54 protected and can stay outside.
Two people, three trips, one load floor
The sofa is 35 kg and 177 cm long, the table 32 kg and 160 cm: both need two people and a route checked in advance, because a narrow door or lift can decide where the set can go. Together with the 12 kg armchairs, two people manage the whole set in three trips. The good news for transport is that every piece fits in one layer on a load floor of 1.7 x 3 m: lengthwise the sofa and the table side by side take 157 cm of width, and the two armchairs fit into the remaining 123 cm strip. Since this is a high-value set, we reserve all four members item by item before ordering. The set carries a 5% discount.

How many guests does the set seat?
Five: three on the 177 cm sofa at 60 cm per person, and one in each of the two armchairs. The 160 x 80 cm table serves more than that, and a sixth guest can sit at the short end of the table in a further armchair.
