This set is the smallest complete unit of the modular sofa family: two straight elements with the corner between them, and the Ø80 cm round table in front. There are no cushions on it, and here that is not a shortcoming but the whole point. In a beach or pool bar the guest sits down in a wet swimsuit, puts a glass down with sun-oiled hands, and at four in the afternoon the shower arrives. With a cushionless polyethylene suite none of that is an operating problem: the water runs off it and the surface cleans with a damp cloth. The four pieces come to 55 kg in total, the heaviest being 17 kg, so one person can set it up.

Two layouts from the same four pieces
In the symmetrical L, a straight element goes on each side of the corner element. Both arms are 77 + 62 = 139 cm long and the depth is 77 cm. You put the round table in the inner corner of the L, in front of the sofas, with 30-40 cm of legroom: the whole island then fits into a square of roughly 1.9 x 1.9 m, that is 3.6 m2. The other version is the asymmetrical L: the two straight elements in one row with the corner turning at the end. Its long arm is 62 + 62 + 77 = 201 cm and the short one 77 cm. That works better along a railing: the guests all face one way, towards the water. Either arrangement gives three seats, and the Ø80 top is ample for four glasses.
Why the cushionless version is better here
In a pool bar the cushion is the item that makes work every single day: it has to be carried out in the morning, rescued before rain, it soaks through from wet swimsuits, and someone has to dry it. With this set that whole cycle simply disappears. The body is polyethylene, IP54 protected, UV- and impact-resistant, so it takes the midday sun and the afternoon thunderstorm equally well. The cleaning routine is therefore simple: one round with a damp cloth over the four pieces before closing, and a second one in the morning if the dew calls for it. If a guest spills a cocktail there is no stain to treat and no foam to soak it up.
Four batteries, one shared colour
Four 5200 mAh batteries work in the set, one per piece, 20,800 mAh together. The manufacturer states 6-8 hours of lighting depending on the colour chosen, which covers a bar's opening hours after sunset. Since every element has its own battery, the corner does not depend on a single point: if one piece runs out earlier, the other three keep glowing. The seven colours switch by remote control, and if you set all four pieces at once the L looks like one continuous body of light. No cable runs to it, which is one of the most important considerations in a wet, barefoot environment: there is no extension lead on the wet paving and no power to be brought to the poolside.
Setting up, extending, between two seasons
The pieces weigh 13, 13, 17 and 12 kg, so one person can carry them out one by one and two people finish in two trips. Setting up takes ten minutes, including choosing the colour. The modular construction really pays off when a bigger corner is needed later: one more straight element makes one arm 62 cm longer, and a second corner gives a U shape. The existing four pieces stay part of the suite just as they are. Three comfortably, since each of the three elements is one seat. The Ø80 cm table serves four guests, so a fourth person can join on the free side of the table with a separate stool or armchair.
