The cushioned lounge corner gives the same L shape as its cushionless sibling, but it was made for different service. Where a guest sits in one place for an hour or two - in a hotel lobby late in the evening, say, or in a VIP tent before a gala - the cushion is the reason they stay. The three sofa elements are identical, with a 72 cm high backrest and a width of 78 cm, so the arms of the L can be planned cleanly in steps of 78 cm. The four pieces come to 51.7 kg together, and none of them is heavier than 14.5 kg. One thing has to be decided in advance: where the cushions will go during rain and after closing.

The dimensions of the L and the place of the table
In a symmetrical L a straight element goes on each side of the corner element, so both arms are 78 + 78 = 156 cm. You put the 62 x 62 cm table inside the L, in front of the two arms, with about 35 cm of legroom. In that arrangement the island occupies a square of roughly 1.75 x 1.75 m, that is 3.1 m2. If the venue is a long wall, you can also put the two straight elements side by side with the corner at the end: the long arm is then 234 cm. Either way there are three seats, and from the meeting point of the two arms the square table is within everyone's arm's reach.
Handling the cushions in the routine of a covered terrace
The sofa body is polyethylene, IP54 protected, UV- and impact-resistant, so it can stay in place even when rain blows in at the side of a covered terrace. The cushion is another matter: we have no manufacturer's data on the material of the cushions, so reckon on carrying them in before rain and after closing. With three elements that means three cushions, which one person handles in one trip. In a hotel lobby it is usually not needed at all - there the cushions stay in place all year. In a VIP tent and on a covered terrace it is worth designating a lockable dry box or shelf on site, so that the cushions do not travel needlessly in the load space. That way the furniture is ready for use again in ten minutes the next morning.
Five batteries in one set
Each of the three sofa elements has a 5200 mAh battery, and the table has two 2600 mAh cells. That is five batteries in total and 20,800 mAh. The manufacturer states 6-8 hours of lighting for every piece depending on the colour, so an evening programme is covered from start to finish. In a lobby or a tent, cable-free operation means the corner goes where the layout wants it, not where there happens to be a socket. The seven colours switch by remote control; in a hotel it is worth choosing a calm, warm colour for the evening hours, and at an event matching the colour of the occasion. It is best to schedule the charging of the five pieces for the daytime hours, one after another.
Handling and ordering
The sofa elements weigh 14.5 kg and are 78 cm wide: over a short distance one person carries them, while on stairs two people are safer. The table is 8.2 kg and can be picked up with one hand. Two people bring the whole set in in two trips, with the cushions as a third, light round. In the load space the three sofa elements side by side take a strip of 234 x 78 cm, and the table fits at the end of it. If the corner is to grow, a further straight element or a second corner can be ordered from the cushioned modular family at any time and joined to the existing pieces. The set carries a 5% discount. What the set price covers, and how much you save with it
The set consists of 4 pieces: 2 LED sofa elements with cushion (B103), 1 LED corner sofa with cushion (B104) and 1 square LED coffee table (C172). Bought separately, the pieces cost more than the set: the set price is 5% lower than their combined list price, and that 5% is exactly what you save compared with ordering the pieces one by one.
