Where the narrow shape wins
Between two armchairs, in front of a sofa on a tight terrace, along a tent wall. The 48 cm depth means the sofa and the table together still do not eat up the walkway — on a 2-metre-wide terrace strip that decides whether the serving staff can get past. The 46 cm height suits seating of 72–79 cm in overall height. The 85 cm length serves the glasses and plates of two guests; for a four-person island, put in two pieces rather than one large one.
8.5 kg: the most mobile table
At this weight loading is not a question: one person picks it up, carries it over and puts it down. During load-in two or three pieces go per trip.
