With most lounge sets the pieces are good furniture on their own that we have put side by side. Here it is different: the sofa, the armchair and the table all carry the same wave line, so together they look like a single object. That matters when the suite is part of the picture: in front of a photo wall, in the entrance corner of a club, or in the middle of a stand where the visitor looks first. Three people sit on the sofa and one in the armchair, and the top of the 110 cm table is within everyone's reach. The three pieces come to 49 kg in total, lit by four batteries.

Two arrangements and the space they need
The first is the open version: the sofa at the back, the 110 cm table in the middle in front of it, and the armchair at one end of the table, turned in at ninety degrees. In width that is 190 cm plus a 30 cm gap plus the 65 cm depth of the armchair, about 285 cm; in depth the 65 cm of the sofa, 35 cm of legroom and the 66 cm of the table, that is 166 cm. Roughly 2.85 x 1.65 m, 4.7 m2. The second is the facing version, with the armchair moved to the far side of the table. The island is then 190 cm wide and about 266 cm deep, 5.1 m2. The open arrangement turns towards the visitor, so it is the better one on a stand and in front of a photo wall; the facing one suits conversation and works as a club table.
In front of a photo wall and on the stand
The 190 cm length of the sofa roughly fills a two-metre photo frame, and above the 76 cm backrest the upper part of the wall stays free for the lettering. The furniture gives light and colour, but it is not a display: it shows no logo and no text - the wall or banner behind it carries that. Among the seven colours it is worth setting the one closest to the brand colour and leaving it there all evening. On a 3 x 3 metre stand the open arrangement takes up a good half of the area, so it belongs here when the main function of the stand is to sit people down and talk.
Four batteries, even light
Two 5200 mAh batteries work in the sofa and one each in the armchair and the table, four in all, 20,800 mAh. The manufacturer states 6-8 hours of lighting time depending on the colour, which covers the opening hours of an exhibition day or the first half of a club night. With the wave form it shows particularly clearly if one piece glows in a different colour, so always set all three at once with the remote control. At an exhibition the charging place is the storage part of the stand or the accommodation, so it is worth charging the pieces the previous evening. No cable is needed, so the suite does not depend on where the stand's power point happens to be.
Transport and setting up
The sofa weighs 20.5 kg but is 190 cm long, so two people carry it. The armchair is 15.5 kg and the table 13 kg, each manageable by one person. Two people therefore need two trips: first the sofa, then the armchair and the table together. At an exhibition the build time is tight, so the unloading order matters: bring the sofa in first, put it in place, and align the rest to it. There is no upholstery on it, so at the end of a multi-day fair a damp cloth restores the starting condition. The set carries a 5% discount; since all three members come from the same design family, we reserve them together when ordering.

How many people fit on the wave suite?
Four: three on the 190 cm sofa at 60 cm per person, and one in the armchair. The 110 x 66 cm table is within reach of all of them if, in the open arrangement, the armchair turns towards the end of the table.
What size stand is it for?
The open arrangement takes up about 4.7 m2, a good half of a 3 x 3 metre stand. If the stand also needs a counter and a product display, it is worth leaving out the armchair; the sofa and the table together still give a coherent picture.
Can we put our logo on the furniture?
No, this is not a display: it gives light in one of seven colours and shows no logo or video. The photo wall behind it carries the brand, and you can set the colour of the furniture to the shade closest to the brand colour.
How many people are needed to move it?
Two, because of the 190 cm sofa, since one person cannot turn it in a doorway or round a corner. Two people manage the whole set in two trips: the sofa together, then the 15.5 kg armchair and the 13 kg table separately, at the same time.
Why is the sofa not enough on its own?
It may well be, if all you need is a background. What makes the armchair and the wave table into a set is that they continue the same line, so the corner looks like one coherent object and four people can sit and talk around one table.
