A cushioned illuminated chair on a 65 × 65 cm footprint, 72 cm in total height, 7 kg. The same light body as the uncushioned model, but more comfortable for longer sitting. The price is shown above on this page.
LED chair with cushion, 65 × 65 × 72 cm (B110)
The LED chair with a cushion is the cushioned version of the light, 7 kg chair body. The same 65 × 65 cm footprint and 72 cm height, so it goes with the same 73–76 cm dining tables — the difference is that the guest can sit on it comfortably for two or three hours. At a dinner event, that roughly five per cent surcharge usually pays for itself.

Technical specifications
When the cushioned version is worth it
If the programme is seated and long — a dinner, an awards ceremony, a conference — the cushion is a difference the guest can feel. If the place turns over and the guest sits down for twenty minutes, the uncushioned model is more economical, because there is nothing to carry in and out. The surcharge is about five per cent per piece. Over a 40-chair set that adds up to roughly the price of two more chairs — a figure to weigh against the guest experience and the type of programme.
Which table it suits
The 72 cm total height is made for the 73–76 cm dining and party tables: the range's Ø100 × 75 cm, Ø80 × 76 cm and 80 × 80 × 73 cm models. This is not the chair for a bar counter or a cocktail table. At a Ø100 round table, four of these chairs is the comfortable number. For a dinner for 60, the guideline is 15 tables and 60 chairs.
Daily handling of the cushion
The chair body is polyethylene, IP54 water-resistant and UV-resistant, so it can stay outside. The cushion cannot: it has to be taken in before rain and at closing time. With a 40-chair set that is two rounds a day, about twenty minutes — it is worth planning bagged storage and a dry place for them. For hire, record the cushions by the piece, because they wear and go missing, while the chair body is ready to go out again as soon as it is wiped down.
Light, running time, loading
A 5200 mAh battery, 6–8 hours of lighting depending on the colour — it covers the full length of a dinner evening. The seven colours are switched by remote control on every chair at once. 7 kg: one person carries two chairs at a time. A room with 40 chairs is ten trips with two people, realistically twenty minutes, plus carrying in the cushions. In the load space, at 65 × 65 cm, eight chairs fit in a single layer on a 1.7 × 3 metre floor.
What a set of dinner chairs costs
A 40-chair set costs forty times the price of one chair, which is shown above on this page. The same set from the uncushioned model comes out about five per cent lower, so the cushions add roughly the price of two chairs. If you hire out, it is worth treating the cushion as a separate item: it wears, goes missing and has to be replaced, while the chair body is essentially impact-resistant and wipes clean. Many operators therefore keep a mixed stock: cushioned chairs for long, seated programmes and uncushioned ones for fast-turning places. The same body, the same light, a different operating routine.
