If you want to sit outside in the evening on a block-of-flats balcony or the small terrace of a terraced house, you usually have two problems: there is little space, and there is no socket outside for a lamp. This set answers both. The two armchairs have a footprint of 64 x 62 cm each, the Ø63 cm table weighs 3.5 kg, and the three pieces come to 29.9 kg together. The light comes from the furniture, on battery, so there is no extension lead to run out through the balcony door. The 7 colours are switched by remote control, so in the evening it works as a mood light in a warm, restrained colour, and can be livelier for a summer barbecue. How much space it needs
Placed side by side, the two armchairs and the table between them make a row 64 + 63 + 64 = 191 cm wide and 62-63 cm deep. Allowing another 45 cm of legroom in front, the set fits into a strip of about 1.9 x 1.1 m, that is 2.1 m2. On a balcony 1.2 m deep and at least 2 m long it can therefore be placed comfortably along the railing, with a way through to the door still left. In a squarer terrace corner the corner arrangement is better: one chair along each of the two walls, with the table pushed towards the corner. That takes roughly 1.3 x 1.3 m, 1.7 m2.
The height of the table and the armchair
The armchair has a 78 cm high backrest and a more upright seat, and the table is 56 cm high. This pairing works because from a more upright seat the guest does not have to bend down for a glass: 56 cm is the upper band of the lounge tables, made for exactly this kind of chair. The Ø63 cm top comfortably takes two glasses, a bowl of snacks and a phone, which is enough for two people. Two people rarely use a bigger top over an evening, while the smaller table leaves room for legs. If a third guest turns up now and then, a stool or a further armchair fits on the free side of the table, and the row then becomes about 64 cm longer.
The advantage of a light table, and one warning
The 3.5 kg table is the lightest piece in the range: you carry it in with one hand if it is needed in the living room, and for cleaning you only have to lift it aside. In domestic use that counts for a lot, because it is you, not a crew, who moves the furniture. The other side of the light weight is that when empty it can shift in a strong wind. On a windy balcony high up it is worth pushing it to the wall side or bringing it in when a storm is forecast. The armchairs weigh 13.2 kg and stand firmly. If it has to be carried up stairs in the building, even the heaviest piece is comfortable in two hands, and the 64 cm width passes through most doors without turning.
Light, charging, weather
All three pieces have a 5200 mAh battery, 15,600 mAh together. The manufacturer states 6-8 hours of lighting depending on the colour, which amply covers a summer evening; if you only use it for two or three hours each evening, there is no need to charge it daily. The body is polyethylene, IP54 protected, UV- and impact-resistant, and it withstands extreme temperatures. After a summer shower it is enough to wipe it down - there is no upholstery to soak or go mouldy. There are no cushions on the armchairs either, so after rain there is nothing to dry or carry in, only water to wipe off the seat. Does it fit on a block-of-flats balcony?
If the balcony is at least 1.2 m deep and 2 m long, yes: the two chairs and the table between them make a 191 cm row and, with legroom, take up about 1.9 x 1.1 m. On a narrower balcony the corner arrangement is better.
Does the balcony need a socket?
No, all three pieces are lit by battery, with no cable. They do have to be charged, but while they are lit nothing has to be run out through the balcony door, so there is no trapped extension lead and no trip hazard. You choose the colour with the remote control.
Will the wind not blow the table away?
When empty, the 3.5 kg table can shift in a strong wind. On a windy balcony high up, put it against the wall or bring it in when a storm is forecast. The 13.2 kg armchairs are stable. In calm weather there is nothing to do about it.
Can I move it on my own?

How often does it have to be charged?
