The 2.6 × 4.5 metre, 11.7 m² P2.5 LED video wall is a widescreen scenic backdrop for wedding venues and lecture theatres: 1040×1800 px (400 px/m), brightness above 600 cd/m² and refresh above 6000 Hz, so the wedding videographer and photographer get a flicker-free backdrop. The image is continuous from 2.5 metres, which in an event room layout is true for every guest. The 4.5 metre width fills the space panoramically, and the content can be switched at the touch of a button between the mood of the ceremony, the dinner and the party. In real use the wall consumes about 1.7 kW on average, and the 100,000-hour lifespan means decades of service even with a busy events calendar.
Indoor LED video wall P2.5 – 2.6 × 4.5 m (11.7 m²)
The 260×450 cm P2.5 wall is the answer for event rooms that call for a wide, panoramic display – typically chosen by wedding venues, lecture theatres and churches, where the audience is not sitting in the first few metres. The 4.5 metre width fills the ceremonial or stage backdrop, and the content switches at the touch of a button: a restrained look for an afternoon ceremony, a dynamic party mood in the evening. From the typical event room viewing distance, the P2.5 pixel pitch gives the same experience as the denser build at a more favourable investment – and we make no concessions on component quality or service backing. At the free site survey we match the final configuration to the proportions of the space.

A panoramic backdrop reborn for every event
The biggest decoration cost at a wedding venue is the constantly changing requirement: every couple wants a different backdrop and a different mood. A 4.5 metre wide LED video wall reduces that to the touch of a button – a floral sunset for the ceremony, an elegant monogram for the dinner, a pulsing light show for the party, with no printer and no decorator. At a P2.5 pixel pitch the image is continuous from 2.5 metres, and by the 1 mm ≈ 2.5–3 m rule of thumb distinctly comfortable from 6 metres – so in an event room seating layout every guest gets a perfect view. Brightness above 600 cd/m² can be turned back in dimmed evening light so that the wall sets a mood rather than dazzling.
What the photographer and the videographer will love
At a wedding or a stage event the wall is under constant camera crossfire – a refresh rate above 6000 Hz guarantees that neither the professional videographer's footage nor the guests' phone recordings show banding or flicker. Contrast above 5000:1 and 16.7 million colours give a deep, saturated backdrop against which the subjects stand out in relief – and the brightness can be tuned in minutes at the photographer's request. The resolution is 1040×1800 px (400 px/m), on which Full HD background videos run without loss. The power feed is a standard 220 V supply and peak consumption is 439 W/m², about 5 kW for the whole wall – we agree that at the survey.
Reliability, because a wedding cannot be repeated
At an event venue a technical fault is not an inconvenience but reputational damage – which is why the same quality standard applies here as on our premium walls: named, quality LED chips, bin-matched modules, factory calibration. The colour of the surface is uniform, with no patches and no mismatched panels, which would show up especially in photographs. If a module does fail, it can be replaced from the front in minutes, even between two events – while the rest of the wall keeps working. Parts arrive from regional stock within days and support is by phone. The 100,000-hour lifespan is a horizon of decades even counting several events a week.
Operation in the bustle of an event
Control is over Wi-Fi or LAN, from a tablet or a phone: content changes can be programmed in advance to the running order of the day with the timer function, so the transition from ceremony to dinner and on to the party happens by itself. Running it needs no technician on the staff – if you can write an email, you can handle this – and we train the team at handover, included in the price. With real content, consumption averages below 147 W/m², about 1.7 kW for the whole wall: the electricity for a full wedding day comes to roughly 15–20 kWh, or a few euros – negligible against the decoration cost that falls away.
Installation and payback at an event venue
Because the cabinets are pre-built, installation including the support structure and commissioning typically takes 1–2 days, and an indoor wall needs no consent; the wall can also be integrated into an existing scenic wall or stage set, which we agree at the free site survey. The quote is itemised: modules, control, support structure and installation on separate lines. Payback at an event venue is easy to calculate: a room with a LED backdrop can be advertised in a higher class, the backdrop as a service is a separate charge to couples and companies, and the per-event decoration and banner cost falls away for good. On request we prepare a payback calculation tailored to your occupancy figures. The surface can later be extended with modules of the same pixel pitch.
Typical applications
Indoor LED video wall P2.5 – 2.6 × 4.5 m (11.7 m²) — frequently asked questions
Is this wall suitable as a wedding backdrop?
Yes, that is expressly one of its main uses: the 4.5 metre wide surface fills the ceremonial backdrop, and the content can be switched at the touch of a button or on a pre-set schedule to suit the mood of the day – with no decorator and no print costs.
How much better value is P2.5 than a P2 of the same size?
The exact difference depends on the project, but the sparser pixel layout (400 px/m instead of 500) means a noticeably lower investment for the same size – with no visible difference at the typical viewing distance of over 2.5 metres.
Can content changes be programmed in advance to the running order of the wedding?
Yes. With the timer function the content and transitions can be set in advance to the running order of the day, so the staff do not have to switch them by hand from event to event.
Will the wall look good in photographs and video?
Yes. Because of the refresh rate above 6000 Hz, the image does not band on the professional videographer's footage or on the guests' phones, and the brightness can be tuned to the photographer's requirements in minutes.
How long does it last with a busy events calendar?
The 100,000-hour lifespan means decades of operation even counting several events a week; the warranty is set out in the quote and can be extended with the Warranty+ package, with parts available from regional stock.
Who installs it, and does it pay back for an event venue?
Our own team fits it, typically in 1–2 days, training included. Payback comes from the higher room hire class, the charge for the backdrop as a service and the decoration cost that falls away – we prepare a specific calculation on request.
