Krško sits on the Sava in the Posavje region, best known nationally as the site of Slovenia's only nuclear power station and locally as a town with a long industrial base in paper and energy. The historic core on the river, where the polymath Valvasor once lived, carries the cultural programme, while the modern town supplies the business calendar: technical conferences, contractor briefings, safety and training days, supplier meetings and long-service ceremonies. Energy and process industries run a great many internal events, and they run them in their own buildings, in rooms designed for work rather than for presentation. That is a familiar shape to us, because it usually means no rigging points, no house technician and a room that has to be returned to normal use the following morning. Screen hire is 75 EUR net per panel per day where the panel is the stocked indoor P2; the four other builds carry their own panel figure, agreed with you in advance, and nothing else in the quote changes with that choice. One panel: 64 by 192 centimetres, 320 by 960 pixels. Two: 128 centimetres. Three: an exact square of 192 by 192 at 960 by 960 pixels. Four: 256 centimetres in the 4:3 shape slide decks are drawn for. Five: 320 centimetres and 1600 by 960 pixels. Technical briefings here almost always mean dense slides, and the four-panel face is the one that takes them without letterboxing. A contractor induction in a large hall does better with three, which stays legible down the room. One panel suffices at a registration point or an entrance to a site.

What separates the indoor and outdoor builds
The indoor range is what most briefings here use. A 2 millimetre pitch on the P2, tighter on the P1.5, keeps the picture whole when someone reads it from a metre and a half, which is the normal distance at a briefing or a stand, and the trade-off is a housing with no weather sealing at all. So halls, training rooms, marquees and roofed stages are indoor territory, and an unprotected outdoor position is not — but that is where the other two come in. The sealed outdoor cabinets, P2.5 and P3, are bright enough for daylight and built to stand in rain, which is what a site gate, a contractor briefing on a forecourt or an open-air anniversary actually needs. Both are hired, and both are quoted for the event rather than at the daily rate on this page.

Registration desks, entrances and site gates
A lone LED poster is 64 centimetres wide and 192 tall, standing where a printed board would stand and showing whatever file you give it. At a site entrance it can carry safety notices in the morning and a programme in the afternoon; at a registration desk it does the work of several printed signs. One person manages it after the briefing. For Krško a single panel for one day comes to around 442 EUR net including the drive, and a second at another door takes the pair to 517 EUR net.
