The application is made by you or your architect, and the decision belongs to the authority or to the site operator. We have found it far better to say this plainly at the first meeting than to let a client assume that ordering a sign and obtaining permission are one transaction. Where a design is refused, we amend the drawings and the sign is manufactured to what was actually agreed.
