LED screen hire for Brežice and the Posavje region. The panel is 64 by 192 centimetres and 320 by 960 pixels, standing portrait unaided, with as many as five coupling into a single surface. Three specifications suit interiors — the castle halls, the spa conference rooms — and two are sealed cabinets for a vineyard terrace or a summer stage. We charge 75 EUR net for an indoor P2 panel and a day plus the actual return distance from Győr, and quote the other builds for the event. Delivery, assembly, picture setup, a free staff briefing and removal are all included.

Slovenia · 357 km from our plant in Győr

Brežice sits in the Posavje corner of Slovenia where the Krka joins the Sava, close to the Croatian border and to the Čatež thermal spa, which is one of the largest resort complexes in the country. The town's cultural centrepiece is the castle, whose baroque Knights' Hall is used for concerts and formal occasions and is among the most striking interiors in this part of Slovenia. Around it run a wine calendar, since the surrounding slopes are planted, and a resort-driven programme of conferences, incentive events and family occasions at the spa. Business gatherings come from the agricultural and food companies of the plain. Venues therefore range from a painted baroque hall where nothing may be touched to modern resort conference rooms. Brežice is 357 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly four hours by motorway.

The events worth calling us for

A border town changes the arithmetic

The honest baseline: one panel for a single day here is 432 EUR net, and 357 EUR of that is driving. Ljubljana and Zagreb are both within an hour and a half, and either will beat that on a small one-day job. What makes Brežice different from most entries on this site is the border. Companies here routinely operate on both sides, and the resort draws groups from Croatia and Hungary alike. When an event runs across countries, or when the Hungarian date is the anchor, one hire and one set of panels covers everything with two journeys instead of four.

Brežice prices

714 kilometres of return route

Driving is fixed at 357 EUR net on a one-day booking, from 714 return kilometres at fifty cents each. The screen then costs 75 EUR net for each panel on each day, that being the list rate of the indoor P2 we keep in stock; the P1.5, the P2.5 and the two outdoor cabinets are each quoted for the specific job, with the driving unchanged. Guide totals, net of tax: 432 EUR for one panel over a day, 507 EUR for two, 582 EUR for three and 732 EUR for five. Take the trio across two days and it reaches 1,164 EUR, while five panels come to 1,464 EUR, the increase reflecting a second run out and home. A technician of ours present throughout is 63 EUR net for each day; an address where the van cannot be helped draws one 88 EUR net addition.

Getting your material onto the screen

Files, phone or laptop, then your team takes over

A prepared JPG, PNG or MP4 is the simplest route in, arriving on a stick or sent through the phone app. Anything live comes from a laptop on HDMI, which covers slides, a browser and a camera alike. Whoever will be in the room at the time gets the controls from us before we leave. Five minutes covers it and nothing is charged for it. At a spa conference where sessions change on the hour, that briefing is what keeps the screen from becoming a bottleneck. Should something odd occur afterwards, the number we leave you stays answered for as long as the hire runs.

Choosing a width, and a housing

Five sizes, height fixed at 192 centimetres

One panel gives 64 by 192 centimetres at 320 by 960 pixels. Two make 128. Three form an exact square of 192 by 192 with 960 by 960 pixels. Four give 256 centimetres in a 4:3 shape. Five reach 320 centimetres and 1600 by 960 pixels. The castle's Knights' Hall is a painted interior where less is more, and one tall panel placed carefully does more than a wall would. A spa conference room takes three or four comfortably depending on whether the content is slides or video. A wine event usually needs a single panel at the entrance and nothing else. If that wine event is held among the vines rather than in a cellar, the housing rather than the width is the question. An indoor panel has no protection against rain and belongs under a roof; the sealed outdoor cabinets, P2.5 and P3, are built for open ground and are hired on their own quotation.
