Hiring an LED wall for a Celje event means hiring LED poster panels: 64 by 192 centimetres each, 320 by 960 pixels, standing portrait on their own feet and linking sideways into sets of up to five. Three indoor pitches are available, P1.5, P2 and P2.5, along with two cabinet-built outdoor versions for the castle terrace or any position without a roof. Delivery from Győr, the build, picture setup, free training for your team and collection are all inside the agreed sum. The 75 EUR net per panel per day is the indoor P2 rate; travel is 0.50 EUR net per kilometre on the real route.

LED wall rental in Celje — delivery, setup, prices

Slovenia · 338 km from our plant in Győr

Celje is a fair town first and foremost. The Celjski sejem exhibition grounds run a programme of trade shows through the year, and the exhibitor base that comes with them is the most reliable source of screen-hire demand in the city. Around that sit the Celje Hall for sport and concerts, the castle above the town for the summer cultural programme, and the meeting rooms of the hotels serving the Savinja valley. The Štajerska industrial belt adds supplier days and product presentations in company halls. What these have in common is that the useful screen is rarely a large one. On a fair stand the visitor is standing a metre away and reading detail; in a hotel room of eighty people the surface behind the speaker needs to be legible rather than enormous. Győr is 338 road kilometres from Celje, around three and a half hours, entirely on motorway and entirely inside Schengen and the eurozone.

The product behind the offer

From an arm's-length pitch to a wall that takes weather

The panel we keep in stock is a P2 indoor LED poster with a 2 millimetre pixel pitch: 320 by 960 pixels across 64 by 192 centimetres. Because the pitch is fine, the surface stays coherent from about a metre and a half, which is the actual viewing distance in a stand aisle at the Celjski sejem. It is not the only version we hire. The P1.5 GOB is sharper again and belongs where a visitor stops right at the screen; the P2.5 is the economical answer when nobody comes closer than two and a half metres. Neither of those handles weather. For the castle terrace, a courtyard or an open square there are the cabinet-built outdoor units, a P2.5 poster and a P3 wall, and those are what we quote for a position under open sky. The P2 carries the list price shown here; each of the others is priced for the specific job. Indoors nothing is flown, nothing is ballasted, no truss is required and no rigging drawing exists to be argued over with the venue. Two people carry a panel and it fits a lift. We bring it, build it, set the picture, hand over and collect it afterwards, and neither the setup nor the training is charged.

The cost of a Celje booking

676 kilometres there and back

Travel to Celje is 338 EUR net for a single-day hire, being the 676 kilometre round trip at 0.50 EUR net per kilometre. Each panel is 75 EUR net per day at the indoor P2 list rate, that being the version on our shelf; order one of the other four builds and its panel line is written into the offer for your job, with the travel figures here unchanged. So, indicatively and net: one panel for a day 413 EUR, three panels 563 EUR, five panels 713 EUR. Because delivery and collection become separate journeys once the hire runs past a day, two days with three panels are 1,126 EUR and with five panels 1,426 EUR, and five panels across three days come to 1,801 EUR. An operator is 63 EUR net per person per day; a venue with no help for parking and unloading adds 88 EUR net once.

How wide to go

Matching the set to the room, not the budget

Widths come in 64 centimetre steps and the height is always 192 centimetres. One panel is a digital poster. Two give 128 centimetres and already function as a backdrop in a room of fifty. Three make a 192 by 192 square at 960 by 960 pixels, which takes social video without cropping. Four give a 4:3 surface that suits slides. Five reach 320 centimetres and 1600 by 960 pixels for widescreen material. For a stand at the fair, one or two panels standing in the aisle usually outperform a wide back wall, because they catch people walking past. For a conference in a hotel by the Savinja, three is the safe default.

When Győr is the sensible depot

And when it plainly is not

Being straight about it: for one panel on one day in Celje, 338 EUR of that 413 EUR total is the drive. A Slovenian supplier around the corner will beat that on price for a small single-day job, and we would rather you knew before asking for an offer. We make sense when the numbers work differently. Multi-day bookings spread the travel across days. Larger sets shift the balance towards panel hire. And if your company is running an event on the Hungarian side, whether a stand in Budapest or a supplier day near the border, we are then the local option rather than the distant one. Those are the enquiries where our quote is genuinely competitive.
