Röviden

LED wall rental for Slovenska Bistrica and the Pohorje foothills. Each panel is 64 by 192 centimetres and 320 by 960 pixels, portrait and self-supporting, joining sideways into runs of up to five. Three versions are indoor, their pitch chosen by viewing distance; two are cabinet-built and sealed for a works forecourt, a wine road event or a civic occasion in the open. The rate of 75 EUR net per panel per day belongs to the stocked indoor P2, plus the genuine return distance from Győr; the rest are priced against the booking. Assembly, picture setup, a free briefing and the collection are all part of the agreed sum.

LED wall rental in Slovenska Bistrica — delivery, setup, prices

Slovenia · 307 km from our plant in Győr

Slovenska Bistrica lies on the southern slope of the Pohorje in Štajerska, a market town grown around a castle whose halls now serve as museum and event spaces, with an aluminium works that has been the dominant employer for generations. That combination gives it two quite separate event streams. On one side sit industrial occasions, meaning safety and quality days, supplier presentations, long-service ceremonies and apprentice events held in works facilities. On the other sits a cultural and municipal calendar in the castle, the cultural hall and along the local wine road, which brings tastings, harvest events and civic celebrations. Neither stream has technical crews or rigging points. Slovenska Bistrica is 307 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly three and a half hours, which places it among the closer Slovenian addresses we serve.

How wide to build the surface

Five options, 192 centimetres tall throughout

The width climbs in 64 centimetre increments while the height stays put. One panel shows 320 by 960 pixels; two give 128 centimetres; three make a square of 192 by 192 at 960 by 960; four give 256 centimetres in a 4:3 face; five reach 320 centimetres and 1600 by 960 pixels. A works quality day is slide-driven, and four panels take a dense deck without letterboxing. A castle hall event usually wants one or three, since the room itself is the attraction. On the wine road, a single panel at a cellar entrance is the whole requirement and anything larger would be out of scale.

The panels and their demands

Nothing hung, nothing bolted, one socket

A unit is 64 centimetres wide and 192 tall, showing 320 by 960 pixels at a 2 millimetre pitch in the indoor P2. Where an apprentice or a visitor reads the surface at arm's length the P1.5 is sharper; where a works hall is long and the audience stays back, the P2.5 costs less to cover the same area. Each stands on its own feet, which means no truss, no hanging point and no ballast anywhere in the job, and each takes power from an ordinary socket. The remaining two are sealed cabinets, an outdoor P2.5 and an outdoor P3. They are the ones for a ceremony held on the yard in front of the works, or a tasting out on the wine road, where an indoor housing would last exactly as long as the weather allowed. Two people lift an indoor panel, and it clears a normal doorway. In a castle interior that will not accept fixings, or a works hall with nothing overhead worth using, that is exactly what makes the booking possible. What we deliver is a working screen: panels, feet, player, controller, the build, the picture setup and the handover to your team.

Slovenska Bistrica prices

614 kilometres out and back

The van covers 614 kilometres to come and return, at fifty cents net each, which is 307 EUR net on a one-day booking. The screen is then 75 EUR net for each panel on each day at the indoor P2 list price; order another build and that line alone is rewritten, by agreement before the booking. As guides net of tax: 382 EUR for one panel over a day, 457 EUR for two, 532 EUR for the trio and 682 EUR for all five. Extend the trio to two days and it reaches 1,064 EUR; five panels the same way come to 1,364 EUR, since a longer hire needs two separate runs. One of our people at the screen is 63 EUR net for each day attended.

The route and the timing

Three and a half hours, same-day return possible

Motorway carries the van most of the way west and south, with a short local run at the end into the foothills. Nothing waits at the frontier, both states being Schengen members, and both bill in euro, so the quote reads in the money you budget with. That proximity does something concrete to the price rather than only to the schedule. A booking of one day is served by a single outward and return trip, with no night away and no preparation day, and the transport line on your offer reflects exactly that.
