A hire from us is a working screen, not a pile of parts. The van brings the panels with their stands, the player and the controller. We put them up, connect them, set the picture and hand over to your team. There is no truss, no ballast and no suspension involved, and two people can carry a panel through a normal doorway. Power is undemanding: an ordinary mains socket within reach of the set. Content is JPG, PNG or MP4 from a USB stick or a phone, and a laptop hangs off the controller over HDMI when you need a live presentation. We stay reachable by phone for the whole hire period, which for a Rijeka job usually matters more than having somebody physically present.

Pitch and weather are separate questions, and it helps to answer them in that order. Rain falling on the surface and hard sun straight onto it are outside what those housings tolerate.
