Hiring an LED wall in Slavonski Brod means hiring LED poster panels: 64 by 192 centimetres, 320 by 960 pixels each, standing portrait and linking sideways into sets of up to five. Three indoor pitches cover rooms of every size — P1.5, P2, P2.5 — and two cabinet-built outdoor versions cover the fortress courtyard and everything else without a roof. The rate of 75 EUR net per panel per day belongs to the indoor P2; travel is 0.50 EUR net per kilometre on the real round trip from Győr. Delivery, build, picture setup, free training and collection are all included in the agreed figure.

LED wall rental in Slavonski Brod — delivery, setup, prices

Slavonski Brod sits on the Sava, directly across the water from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and its public event life gathers around the eighteenth-century Brod Fortress, which now hosts the summer cultural programme and the larger open-air gatherings. The corporate side is quieter and more industrial: engineering and food processing companies in and around the town run their presentations, supplier meetings and anniversaries in company halls and hotel function rooms rather than in dedicated venues. That is a useful pattern for a free-standing screen, because the recurring obstacle in such rooms is that there is nothing overhead to work with and no appetite for structures on the floor. The town is 422 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, close to five hours on motorway, and the whole route is inside Schengen and the eurozone, so no border stop and no currency conversion enter the plan.

Which width, and which build

One panel to five, always 192 centimetres tall

The set grows in 64 centimetre steps. One panel gives 64 by 192 centimetres, two 128, three a 192 by 192 square at 960 by 960 pixels, four 256 centimetres in a 4:3 shape and five 320 centimetres at 1600 by 960 pixels. For an anniversary evening in a hotel function room, two panels flanking the speaker do more than one wide surface behind them. For a supplier day in a plant hall, the square three-panel set is easiest to place because it is deep enough to be seen and narrow enough not to block a route. Five panels are for finished widescreen video in a room with distance to spare. The second choice is the build, and it has two inputs: the nearest viewer and the ceiling. Indoors, a P1.5 for close reading, a P2 as the general case, a P2.5 when the audience keeps its distance. Outdoors — a fortress courtyard, a yard in front of a plant, a stage by the Sava — the cabinet-built P2.5 and P3 take over, because they are the ones made to stand in weather. Only the P2 has a list price; the other four are costed one job at a time.

The cost of bringing a screen here

844 kilometres return, at half a euro per kilometre

Travel to Slavonski Brod is 422 EUR net for a single-day hire. Panels add 75 EUR net each per day at the indoor P2 rate, and a booking built on another version replaces that one line while everything else here holds. Indicatively and net of VAT: one panel for a day 497 EUR, two panels 572 EUR, three 647 EUR, five 797 EUR. From the second day the journey is charged twice, since delivery and collection become separate runs, so three panels across two days come to 1,294 EUR and five panels to 1,594 EUR. An operator is 63 EUR net per person per day if you want one at the screen, and a venue with no parking or unloading help adds 88 EUR net once.

Content, connections and the handover

What your own people can do after we leave

Images go on as JPG or PNG and video as MP4, loaded from a USB stick or sent through the controller app on a phone. A laptop connects over HDMI when the content is live, so a presentation or a camera feed runs directly onto the surface. The handover takes about five minutes and costs nothing, which is deliberate: at this distance it is far more useful for your team to be able to change a file themselves than to wait for somebody to drive back. We stay available by phone throughout the rental period, and for most bookings here that is the whole of the support arrangement.

When Győr is the right depot to call

Border proximity changes the arithmetic

For one screen on one evening in Slavonski Brod, a Croatian supplier closer to the Sava will be cheaper, because 422 EUR of our 497 EUR single-panel total is the drive. That is a straightforward fact and not one we try to talk around. Where we become the sensible call is when the event is in Hungary. Companies in this part of Slavonia regularly exhibit in Budapest or hold meetings on the Hungarian side, and there the same panels arrive with a fraction of the travel. Multi-day bookings also shift the balance, since the two journeys are spread across every day of the hire.
