LED wall rental for Vinkovci and eastern Slavonia. The panel is 64 by 192 centimetres, 320 by 960 pixels, standing portrait without any structure, and joins sideways into sets of up to five. Three of the five specifications are indoor, differing in pixel pitch; two are sealed cabinets meant for the street, which matters in a town whose biggest week happens outdoors. A panel-day costs 75 EUR net on the indoor P2 we stock, with the drive charged on real return kilometres from Győr and the other builds quoted for the event. Delivery, build, picture setup, a free staff briefing and removal are all part of the agreed sum.
LED wall rental in Vinkovci — delivery, setup, prices
Vinkovci is one of the longest continuously inhabited places in Europe and it makes something of that, from the Roman remains of Cibalae to the two emperors born here. Its modern identity, though, is a railway town and an agricultural one, and its event year has one unmistakable peak: Vinkovačke jeseni, the autumn festival of folk tradition that fills the streets and halls for a week each September. The rest of the calendar is regional business, meaning agricultural machinery presentations, food industry meetings, cooperative gatherings and municipal occasions, held in the cultural centre, hotel function rooms and company premises. The Bosut runs through the middle of town and provides the setting for the summer programme. Vinkovci is 397 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly four and a half hours, entirely inside Schengen and the eurozone.
Whether we are the right supplier
Four and a half hours, stated without spin
For a single panel on a single Vinkovci day the total is 472 EUR net, and 397 EUR of it is the road. Osijek is under an hour away, and for a one-evening job with one screen a supplier from there will be cheaper. We put that in writing because the alternative is an offer that reads oddly. The arithmetic favours us on longer hires, where the two journeys divide across the days; on larger sets, where panel hire dominates; and on any Slavonian company's event held in Hungary, where the identical panels arrive with the drive largely removed.
Vinkovci pricing
794 kilometres of return driving
Transport comes to 397 EUR net on a one-day booking, being the return route at 50 cents net a kilometre. Every panel adds 75 EUR net for every day it stands with you, that rate being the published one for the indoor P2; where the job takes a different specification we set the panel line in the offer and leave the driving arithmetic as it is. Guide totals, net: one panel for a day 472 EUR, two 547 EUR, three 622 EUR, five 772 EUR. Three panels across two days come to 1,244 EUR and five panels to 1,544 EUR, since a multi-day hire needs the van out and back twice. An operator remaining at the screen costs 63 EUR net per person for each day, and a venue with no loading help adds a single 88 EUR net.
Sizing the set
One panel to five, always 192 centimetres tall
Width grows 64 centimetres at a time. One panel gives 320 by 960 pixels across 64 by 192 centimetres. Three make an exact square of 192 by 192 with 960 by 960 pixels. Five reach 320 centimetres and 1600 by 960 pixels, effectively widescreen. A machinery presentation on a hard standing under a marquee wants one or two panels placed where buyers walk. The cultural centre stage takes four comfortably, and the 4:3 shape suits a slide-based programme. Five panels are for the evening where a finished film is the main event and the room has depth to view it from.
Cover, and the panels built to do without it
What the two constructions mean during the autumn festival
The indoor part of the fleet buys its picture quality with a housing that has no weather sealing. A 2 millimetre pitch, or finer on the P1.5, lets someone read the surface from a metre and a half, which is what a hall, a marquee or a roofed stage needs, and it is also why those panels stay under something solid. During Vinkovačke jeseni much of the programme is on the street, and September weather here is not worth gambling on. That is what the other two versions are for: cabinet-built, sealed, at P2.5 for close viewing and P3 for a big surface across a crowd. They are hired out, not merely manufactured, so an open-air stage during festival week is a matter of booking the outdoor construction early rather than of finding another supplier.
