A unit is 64 centimetres wide and 192 tall, carrying 320 by 960 pixels with 2 millimetres between them in the stocked indoor P2. Where the viewer is very close there is the finer P1.5, and where a hall is deep the wider P2.5. Each stands on its own feet, so there is no truss, no suspension, no ballast and no drawing for anyone to sign off, and each runs from an ordinary wall socket. The two remaining versions are cabinet-built and sealed, at P2.5 and P3, for a screen that has to stand in the open — by the Danube, at a memorial site, on a square during the film festival week. Two people carry an indoor panel through a normal doorway. For a memorial event, a museum interior or a hotel function room, the absence of visible structure is part of the appeal rather than merely a convenience. We arrive with panels, feet, player and controller, build the set, set the picture and hand over.
What a Vukovar hire costs
800 kilometres of return route
Reckoned simply: 400 EUR net covers the driving on a one-day booking, arrived at from 800 return kilometres at fifty cents each, and every panel-day adds 75 EUR net on top. That panel figure is the list rate of the indoor P2; the other four builds are agreed with you before the booking and leave the driving untouched. That produces, as guides and net of tax, 475 EUR for one panel across a day, 550 EUR for a pair, 625 EUR for the square trio and 775 EUR for all five. Extend the trio to two days and you reach 1,250 EUR; five panels over the same period come to 1,550 EUR, the difference being a second journey out and back. The route runs across Hungary and down into eastern Slavonia, roughly four and a half hours of motorway. Both countries are inside Schengen, so the crossing needs no allowance in the schedule, and both invoice in euro, so the quotation matches your budget without conversion. At this distance a one-day booking can be done as a same-day round trip, with the crew leaving early, building well before the programme and loading out afterwards. That keeps the quote to a single journey. For anything longer we travel out and return again later, which is why the transport line doubles.

For a foyer, a memorial hall or a museum
A lone LED poster stands where a printed board would, needs nothing attached to a building and runs from one socket. That makes it usable in settings where a larger installation would be inappropriate as well as impractical: a commemorative programme, a museum entrance, a small reception. For a Vukovar address a single panel for one day comes to roughly 475 EUR net with the drive included, and two panels at separate positions to 550 EUR net. One person operates it after the handover, which for a small organising team is usually the deciding factor.
