LED wall hire for Đakovo and the surrounding district. The panel is 64 by 192 centimetres, 320 by 960 pixels, portrait, standing on its own feet, and up to five link into one face. Three indoor pitches serve the cultural centre, the hotels and the covered arena; two weather-sealed cabinet versions serve the festival streets and the stud farm's open ground. Panel hire is 75 EUR net per day each on the indoor P2 we stock, plus the true return distance from Győr, with the other builds quoted individually. Transport, build, picture setup, a free briefing for your team and the collection are all inside the agreed figure.
LED wall rental in Đakovo — delivery, setup, prices
Đakovo is dominated by its nineteenth-century cathedral, a red brick landmark visible across the Slavonian plain and the legacy of Bishop Strossmayer, whose patronage still shapes the town's cultural identity. Two other things define its calendar. The Đakovački vezovi folklore festival brings embroidery, costume and music into the streets each summer, and the state stud farm, one of the oldest Lipizzaner breeding establishments in Europe, provides a year-round programme of equestrian events and presentations. Around those sit the ordinary occasions of an agricultural district: harvest events, cooperative meetings, food industry presentations and municipal celebrations, held in the cultural centre, hotel function rooms and company halls. Đakovo is 381 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly four and a half hours by motorway, with no border formality and no currency change on the way.
Đakovo prices
762 kilometres of return driving
The fixed part first: 762 return kilometres at fifty cents net each puts the driving at 381 EUR net for a booking of one day. Everything after that is 75 EUR net per panel per day, which is the published rate of the indoor P2; the finer P1.5, the wider P2.5 and the two outdoor cabinets each carry a panel price agreed for the event, against this same driving figure. So, as guides net of tax, one panel over a day is 456 EUR, two 531 EUR, three 606 EUR and five 756 EUR. Hold the trio for a second day and it becomes 1,212 EUR; five panels across the same two days reach 1,512 EUR, the difference being a second journey out and home. Our own operator, where wanted, is 63 EUR net for each day present at the screen.
Running the screen yourself
Files, a stick, a phone or a laptop
Stills load as JPG or PNG and video as MP4, from a USB stick or via the controller app on a phone. Live material, whether slides or a camera feed, comes in from a laptop over HDMI. The handover happens before we leave, takes around five minutes and costs nothing. At a festival or a stud farm event, where the person minding the screen is usually a volunteer rather than a technician, that briefing is the whole difference. We remain reachable by phone for the length of the hire, which covers most of what actually comes up.
Where a Slavonian supplier wins
Four and a half hours, weighed without spin
One panel for a single Đakovo day is 456 EUR net, of which 381 EUR is the drive. Osijek is under an hour away with its own rental companies, so on a small one-day booking they will be cheaper than us. Our figures start to work on hires that run a festival week, where the two journeys are shared across every day; on five-panel sets, where the panel rate carries the load; and on events that a Đakovo organisation holds in Hungary, where the transport line shown here largely disappears from the quote.
One panel and nothing more
For an entrance, a stable yard or a reception
A lone LED poster stands 192 centimetres tall and 64 wide, occupying the space of a printed sign but showing a sequence that can change hourly. At a stud farm open day it carries a programme; at a folklore festival it directs visitors; at a cooperative meeting it holds a title. Indoors that single panel is a P1.5, a P2 or a P2.5, depending on how near people come to it. Outside, in a yard or on a street during festival week, it is one of the sealed cabinet builds instead — the same slim portrait shape, a housing made for weather, and a price set for the job. Either way it runs from one socket, needs nothing attached to anything, and one person manages it after the briefing. In Đakovo a single indoor P2 panel for one day comes to about 456 EUR net with the drive, and two at separate positions to 531 EUR net.
