LED wall rental for Logatec and the Notranjska corridor. Each panel is an LED poster of 64 by 192 centimetres and 320 by 960 pixels, portrait, standing without support, with up to five joining into one surface. Three of the five specifications are made for interiors, at P1.5, P2 and P2.5 pitch; two are sealed cabinets for a yard, a loading area or an open sports field. The rate of 75 EUR net for a panel and a day is the indoor P2 list price, plus the actual return distance from Győr; the rest are quoted for the job. Delivery, build, picture setup, a free briefing and removal are all covered by that figure.
LED wall rental in Logatec — delivery, setup, prices
Logatec sits on the motorway between Ljubljana and the coast, in the wooded karst country of Notranjska, and its economy reflects that position: logistics operators, distribution centres and light manufacturing strung along the corridor, with the town itself spread across several older settlements. Events here are overwhelmingly corporate rather than public. Warehouse operators hold safety days and partner meetings, manufacturers run product briefings and staff evenings, and the municipality adds its own cultural and sporting calendar through the year. The rooms used are company halls, canteens, the cultural centre and the sports hall, none of them equipped for rigging and most of them needed for something else the following morning. Logatec is 448 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly five hours of motorway driving, with no border stop and no currency change on the route.
The cost of a Logatec hire
896 kilometres of return driving
Start from the fixed part. Whatever you book, the vehicle covers 896 kilometres to reach the corridor and come home, and at fifty cents net apiece that is 448 EUR before a single panel is switched on. Everything after that is 75 EUR net per panel per day at the indoor P2 list rate; the four other builds carry a panel figure agreed with you, and the driving is identical whichever of them travels. So a lone panel across one day lands at 523 EUR net, a pair at 598 EUR, the trio at 673 EUR and the full row of five at 823 EUR. Book the trio for a second day and you are at 1,346 EUR; five panels over the same two days reach 1,646 EUR, the extra weight being a second delivery run. On-site staffing, should you want it, is 63 EUR net per head per day.
What comes off the van
Everything except the socket
Interconnects, mains leads, the player, the controller, the feet and the panels themselves all travel with us. Nothing has to be sourced locally and nothing has to be hired twice. A unit measures 64 by 192 centimetres and shows 320 by 960 pixels with two millimetres between them. It balances on its own feet and is lifted by two people, which is why a canteen or a works hall poses no difficulty: there is nothing to bolt, nothing to counterweight and no ceiling involved. We raise it, wire it, tune the picture, hand it across and come back for it when the hire ends.
The bookings worth calling us about
Five hours of road, assessed honestly
A single panel for one Logatec day is 523 EUR net, and 448 EUR of it is the drive. Ljubljana is thirty minutes up the motorway with a well-supplied rental market, so on that job they are the better call. We come into our own on longer hires, where the two journeys divide across all the days; on five-panel sets, where the panel rate dominates; and on any event a Logatec company holds in Hungary. For logistics operators working across this corridor that last case comes up often, and there our transport line is a fraction of what appears here.
Cover, and the build that carries its own
What separates the indoor and outdoor housings
The indoor part of the fleet has no weather sealing. Its fine pitch is what keeps the surface readable from a metre and a half, and the housing that goes with it belongs in a hall, a canteen, a sports hall, a marquee or on a roofed stage. An open yard, a loading area or an unprotected sports field is the other case, and it has its own equipment: the cabinet-built outdoor P2.5 and P3, sealed against rain and bright enough for daylight. Both are hired out, not merely manufactured, so a safety day held on the apron outside a warehouse is a matter of specifying the outdoor housing rather than moving the event indoors. Settle that at the enquiry stage and the offer arrives with the right build in it.
