LED wall rental for Domžale. The panel is 64 by 192 centimetres, 320 by 960 pixels, standing portrait on its own feet, with as many as five joining sideways into one face — and it exists in five specifications, three of them indoor (P1.5, P2, P2.5) and two built into sealed cabinets for use outdoors. One indoor P2 panel for one day is 75 EUR net, plus the true return distance from Győr; the rest are priced when we know the venue. Delivery, assembly, picture setup, a free briefing and removal are all part of that.

LED wall rental in Domžale — delivery, setup, prices

Slovenia 396 km from our plant in Győr

Domžale sits on the Kamniška Bistrica just north of Ljubljana, close enough to be part of the capital's economic orbit and independent enough to run its own programme. The town made its name in straw-hat manufacturing, a trade now preserved in the local museum and revived each summer as a civic festival, and its modern base is light industry and chemicals along the valley. Events divide accordingly. There is a municipal strand centred on the cultural hall and the parks, and a business strand of supplier meetings, staff evenings and product presentations held on company premises. Neither type comes with an in-house technical crew, and both tend to use rooms that revert to their ordinary function the following day. Domžale is 396 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly four and a half hours of motorway, with no border stop and no currency change on the way.

What we bring and what it needs

A screen with nothing to build around it, indoors or out

The van carries panels, feet, the player and the controller. On site we stand the set up, connect it, set the picture and hand the controls to your people, then return at the end of the hire to take it away. Assembly and the briefing are inside the price and never itemised. What varies is the specification we load. For an interior, the pitch follows the nearest viewer: P1.5 for a display read at half a metre, P2 as the general answer, P2.5 for a hall with distance in it. For a park, a forecourt or any position with the sky above it, the two sealed cabinet versions — outdoor P2.5 and outdoor P3 — are the ones that travel. The P2 is our stock item and the one with a published rate; the other four are agreed job by job. On the indoor panels there is no truss, no ballast, no hanging point and no drawing for anyone to approve. Two people carry one through a normal door, and the whole set runs from one ordinary socket. In a company canteen or the town cultural hall those two facts are usually what make the booking possible in the first place.

Whether Győr is worth calling

Ljubljana is twenty minutes away, and we know it

For a single panel on a single Domžale evening the figure is 471 EUR net, of which 396 EUR is driving. The capital is a short hop down the motorway and has no shortage of rental companies, so on that job they will be cheaper. Saying it here saves everyone a round of correspondence. Our numbers work on longer hires, where the two journeys spread across every day; on larger sets, where the panel rate dominates; and above all on events that a Domžale company holds in Hungary, where the identical panels arrive with almost no transport attached.

The price of a Domžale hire

792 kilometres of return driving

Transport is 396 EUR net for a single-day booking, calculated on the full return route at 50 cents net a kilometre. Panels add 75 EUR net apiece for each day at the indoor P2 list rate; a booking on another version replaces that one figure and keeps the rest of the arithmetic intact. Guide sums, net: one panel for a day 471 EUR, two 546 EUR, three 621 EUR, five 771 EUR. Take three panels for two days and it is 1,242 EUR, five panels 1,542 EUR, because delivery and collection become two runs once the hire passes a day. A technician staying at the screen is 63 EUR net per person daily, and a venue with no help at load-in adds 88 EUR net once.

Sizing the set to the room

Five widths, one unchanging height

Every configuration comes from the same panel. One is 64 by 192 centimetres at 320 by 960 pixels; two make 128 centimetres; three a 192 by 192 square with 960 by 960 pixels; four a 256 centimetre face in 4:3; five a 320 centimetre wall at 1600 by 960 pixels. The cultural hall here suits four, because the content is usually slides or a film. A staff evening in a works canteen reads better on two panels flanking whoever is speaking. For the straw-hat festival or a park event under a marquee, one panel at the entrance is generally the whole requirement.
