Röviden

LED screen hire for Ajdovščina and the Vipava valley. The panel is 64 by 192 centimetres and 320 by 960 pixels, standing portrait unaided, with up to five joining sideways into one face. Three specifications are indoor, differing in pixel pitch; two are sealed cabinet builds for positions with no roof. We charge 75 EUR net for an indoor P2 panel and a day plus the genuine return distance from Győr, and quote the other builds for the specific event. Delivery, assembly, picture setup, a free staff briefing and removal are all included in the agreed sum.

LED wall rental in Ajdovščina — delivery, setup, prices

Ajdovščina lies in the Vipava valley beneath the Trnovo plateau, on the site of a late Roman fortress whose walls still stand in the town centre. Two things dominate life here. One is the burja, the cold north-easterly that funnels down the valley in winter and can reach speeds that close roads and strip anything not secured. The other is a run of industry unusual for a town this size, including a light aircraft manufacturer with an international reputation, alongside a wine sector that gives the valley its agricultural calendar. Events divide between corporate occasions on company premises, wine and harvest events at cellars and estates, and a municipal programme in the cultural centre and sports hall. Ajdovščina is 496 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly six hours by motorway across Slovenia.

Choosing the width

Five options, one constant height of 192 centimetres

The height never changes; only the row gets longer. One panel is 64 centimetres at 320 by 960 pixels, and adding units takes it through 128, 192 and 256 to 320 centimetres, with 1600 by 960 pixels at the full width. A technical presentation at a manufacturing site wants the four-panel face, whose 4:3 proportion matches how an engineering deck is drawn. A cellar tasting takes one panel and would be overwhelmed by more. The square trio is the general-purpose answer for a hall event where the content is not yet decided.

When calling Győr makes sense

Six hours of road, assessed without decoration

One panel for a single day here is 571 EUR net, of which 496 EUR is driving. Ljubljana is well under two hours away and Italian suppliers are closer still, so on a small one-day job either will beat that comfortably. The cases that favour us are longer hires, where two journeys are shared across a whole week; larger sets, where the panel rate dominates; and events that a Vipava company holds in Hungary. For manufacturers working export trade fairs, that last scenario turns up more regularly than the map would imply.

Ajdovščina prices

992 kilometres of return route

Distance first: 992 kilometres out and home at fifty cents net each puts the driving at 496 EUR net on a one-day booking. Screens are then 75 EUR net for each panel on each day, that being the list rate of the indoor P2 in stock; the P1.5, the P2.5 and the outdoor cabinets are priced against the job, and the driving is the same for all of them. Guide totals, net of tax: 571 EUR for a solitary panel over a day, 646 EUR for two, 721 EUR for three and 871 EUR for all five. Run the trio for a second day and it becomes 1,442 EUR; five panels the same way reach 1,742 EUR, the difference being a second journey. Where one of our people stays with the set, allow 63 EUR net for each day.

The hardware, and the wind

Two questions outdoors here, not one

Each indoor panel is 64 centimetres wide and 192 tall, showing 320 by 960 pixels at a 2 millimetre pitch, resting on its own feet and running from an ordinary socket. Nothing is suspended and nothing is bolted, and nothing in that construction is sealed against weather, so indoors is where it belongs: a hall, a cellar, a covered stage. For an open position the fleet has the sealed cabinet builds, an outdoor P2.5 and an outdoor P3, which handle rain and daylight without a roof over them. In this valley, though, weather is only half the question. A tall free-standing surface in the path of the burja is a matter of how it is secured, not of how it is sealed, so for an outdoor date here we agree the position and the securing arrangement in advance — and if the forecast puts a burja spell across your date, we will say so rather than take the booking on hope.
