LED wall hire for Izola and the Slovenian coast. We rent LED poster panels of 64 by 192 centimetres, 320 by 960 pixels each, portrait, standing on their own feet, and up to five couple into a single face. Three versions are indoor and differ in pixel pitch alone; two are cabinet-built and sealed, which on this coast is the difference that matters. Panel hire is 75 EUR net per panel per day on the indoor P2 we stock, plus the real return distance from Győr; the others are quoted for the job. The build, picture setup, a free briefing and the collection are all part of the agreed figure.

LED wall rental in Izola — delivery, setup, prices

Izola grew as a fishing and canning town on the Slovenian coast and still carries that character in its compact Venetian core, its working marina and the industrial buildings along the shore that have gradually been turned to other uses. Its calendar is seasonal and largely cultural: summer festivals along the waterfront, food and fish events tied to the local tradition, and a tourist programme running from spring to autumn. Business events are modest and use the hotel capacity here and in neighbouring Portorož and Koper. Physically the town is a mixture of narrow lanes in the old part, where vehicle access ends early, and open promenade along the sea, where the wind and the salt air are constant factors. Izola is 520 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly six hours by motorway across Slovenia.

Which build the sea decides

Salt air, spray and two different housings

The indoor units carry no weather sealing at all, which on a coast means two problems rather than one: rain, and blown spray. Their 2 millimetre pitch, finer still on the P1.5, is what keeps the picture whole at close range, and that construction belongs in a hotel conference room, a hall, an enclosed restaurant terrace or a marquee set back from the waterfront. An exposed promenade position is a different piece of equipment. The outdoor versions are sealed cabinets at P2.5 and P3, bright enough for Adriatic daylight and built for the weather that comes off the water, and they are part of what we hire rather than only of what we manufacture. For a summer festival along the shore, that is the build to ask for at the enquiry stage — and to ask for early, because it is quoted for the specific event.

What an Izola booking comes to

1,040 kilometres out and back

Driving is charged on the complete return route at 50 cents net a kilometre, so 520 EUR net for a job lasting one day. On top, each panel is 75 EUR net for each day it stands with you, at the published indoor P2 rate; the other four builds carry their own panel line, agreed in advance, with this same transport basis. Guide totals, net of tax: one panel for a day 595 EUR; three panels 745 EUR; five panels 895 EUR. Three panels across two days come to 1,490 EUR and five to 1,790 EUR, because a booking past a single day requires the van to travel out and home twice. Somebody of ours staying at the screen adds 63 EUR net per person per day.

Content and the handover

Files, a phone, or a live laptop

Stills go on as JPG or PNG and video as MP4, from a USB stick or through the controller app on a phone. Where the material is live, a laptop connects over HDMI and drives the surface directly. We hand the controls to your own people before leaving, in about five minutes, at no charge. At six hours of road distance that is not a courtesy but the point: a member of your team who can change a file is worth incomparably more than an offer to drive back. Our phone stays available for the duration of the hire.

The equipment itself

Carried by hand, powered by one socket

A panel is 64 centimetres wide and 192 tall, showing 320 by 960 pixels. It stands unaided, involves no truss, no hanging point and no ballast, and takes power from an ordinary wall socket. Two people carry one, which matters here because the old town streets end where the vehicles do. Anything that has to be wheeled off a truck simply cannot reach a venue inside the lanes; a carried panel can. Off the van come the panels, their feet, the player and the controller, and we build, connect, set the picture and hand over before leaving.
