The 128×32 cm RGB message sign is made primarily for the outdoor facades of smaller shops, hairdressers, pharmacies and institutions, where the aim is above all to reach pedestrian traffic from 3–8 metres. Because of the compact size, the optimal character height is around 10–14 cm, a range that reads perfectly in most street-side positions beside a shop door. A dual role: information and advertising
The screen can be divided into a static and a scrolling zone: the left-hand 30% can show the exact time and temperature in a fixed format, for instance, while the current advertising text runs across the right-hand 70%. Yes. The built-in outdoor temperature sensor displays a real-time measurement. A weather forecast can likewise be loaded over the internet with an optional weather-integration module.
Does the Wi-Fi message sign need a permanent internet connection to work?
No – the content stored in internal memory plays without internet. The internet is only needed to refresh the content remotely. The clock and the temperature measurement are local and work offline.
How long does this message sign last, and what does a 100,000-hour service life mean?
100,000 operating hours means over 20 years at a typical 10–12 hours of use a day, and over 10 years of continuous operation at average all-day use, with no loss of brightness.
Who installs it, and how long does it take?
