A 5 mm pitch is our best-value outdoor solution: made for positions beside a carriageway, in a car park, or on any surface viewed from a greater distance. This build is made in a 5.76 × 3.2 m size, giving 18.43 m² of visible surface. The wall is made up of 18 × 20 modules, each 32 × 16 cm, held magnetically — so any module can be lifted out and replaced on its own. This is already a display of substantial size: fixing calls for a load-bearing wall surface or a freestanding steel structure, and we recommend wiring it on a dedicated circuit.

What does the price include?
The price quoted is NET, exclusive of VAT and indicative, and covers a complete, working display: 360 LED modules, 60 power supplies, 15 R712 receiving cards, A5 control, the complete narrow frame (5 mm) and the internal support profile, the fixing magnets, the rear panel and the installation labour. It does not include the call-out charge (about €0.40 net per km, for the return journey) or any scaffolding or freestanding steel structure.

Warranty: one year or two
We offer the same display with two warranty options. The one-year price is about €14,130 net and the two-year price about €15,080 net — a difference of roughly €943 net. All figures are indicative and exclusive of VAT. With both we undertake to attend and begin the repair within 7 working days of the report. The longer warranty pays off where the display runs continuously, for several hours a day.
What will it take outdoors?
The outdoor build gets a closed rear panel (19 m²), which protects the electronics from precipitation — that is part of the price. With every outdoor display we include the top cover hood free of charge, which sheds water arriving directly from above. The automatic light sensor is strongly recommended (about €60 net): without it the brightness set for daytime is painfully strong at night, and the setting for night is unreadable by day. The sensor handles this on its own.
At this size we recommend a cabinet structure
Above 15 m², cabinet construction is the more stable solution. It costs more, but in return it is more rigid, and it opens rearwards for servicing — which calls for 80 cm of clear space behind the display, to be provided on site. If that space is not available, we design a front-serviceable build; say so in your quote request and we will provide a solution to match.

How much does this LED video wall consume?
Peak consumption is 12 kW, but that only occurs at switch-on or with an all-white image. With normal content the average is roughly half of that, around 6 kW. The actual consumption is also considerably affected by the brightness setting.
How many modules make up the 5.76 × 3.2 m display, and what if one fails?
18 × 20 = 360 modules. The modules are held magnetically, so a single piece can be lifted out without dismantling the display — the swap takes a few minutes. We attend a warranty report within 7 working days.
