LED screen hire for Virovitica and the Podravina county. The panel is 64 by 192 centimetres, 320 by 960 pixels, standing portrait unaided, and up to five join sideways into a single surface. Three versions are interior equipment separated by pixel pitch alone; two are sealed cabinets built for an agricultural fair held on open ground. We charge 75 EUR net per panel per day for the indoor P2 in stock, plus the true return distance from Győr, and quote the rest against the booking. Delivery, assembly, picture setup, a free staff briefing and removal are all part of the agreed sum.

Croatia · 291 km from our plant in Győr
Virovitica sits in the Podravina plain between the Drava and the Bilogora hills, and its centre is dominated by the Pejačević palace, a baroque estate house now serving as the town museum and the setting for its more formal occasions. It is the seat of Virovitica-Podravina county, an agricultural region whose calendar runs on harvest events, agricultural fairs, cooperative meetings and the presentations of the food and timber companies that dominate local employment. Municipal and cultural events use the palace grounds, the cultural centre and the sports hall. What all of these share is that they are organised by small teams with limited technical support, in rooms that have no rigging capability and revert to other uses immediately afterwards. Virovitica is 291 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly three and a half hours, which places it among the shorter Croatian runs on this site.
Running it without a technician
The handover, and what your team can do
Content goes on as JPG or PNG for stills and MP4 for video, from a USB stick or through the controller app on a phone. Where the material is live, a laptop connects over HDMI and drives the surface directly. We brief whoever will actually be in the room, and we do it before leaving, in roughly five minutes, at no charge. For a county fair or a cooperative meeting run by a handful of people, being able to change a file without calling anybody is the whole point. The phone line remains open for the length of the hire.
What a Virovitica hire costs
582 kilometres out and back
Take the driving first, because it does not move with the size of the order: 582 return kilometres at fifty cents net comes to 291 EUR on a booking of one day. The screen is then 75 EUR net for each panel on each day, that being the published figure for the indoor P2 we stock — the P1.5, the P2.5 and the two outdoor cabinets are each priced for the event, against this same driving line. Added together and net of tax, that is 366 EUR for a solitary panel over one day, 441 EUR for two, 516 EUR for the square trio and 666 EUR for all five. Run the trio across two days and the number becomes 1,032 EUR; five panels the same way reach 1,332 EUR, since a second day requires the van twice. Our own operator, if wanted, is 63 EUR net for each day present.
The hardware
Portrait, no structure of any kind, two housings
A panel is 64 centimetres wide and 192 tall, showing 320 by 960 pixels with 2 millimetres between them in the indoor P2. The P1.5 draws the pixels closer for a display read beside a machine or across a counter; the P2.5 spaces them further for a hall where the audience keeps its distance. All three stand on their own feet, so there is no truss, no hanging point and no ballast, and they take power from an ordinary socket. The outdoor pair is the same portrait format in a sealed cabinet, at P2.5 and P3, and it is what goes to a fairground stand or a harvest event held on grass. Two people carry an indoor panel through a normal doorway or into a lift. In a baroque estate room where fixings are unthinkable, or a sports hall where there is nothing to fix to, that is precisely what makes a screen possible. What comes off the van is panels, feet, player and controller, and we build, connect, set the picture and hand over before we go.
When we are the right call
Three and a half hours, and where the border helps
For one panel on one Virovitica evening the total is 366 EUR net, of which 291 EUR is the drive. That is one of the lower transport lines on this site, but a Croatian supplier from Zagreb or Osijek will still beat it on a small single-day job. Our case is strongest on longer hires, on larger sets, and on the many local companies that trade across the Hungarian border. When the event itself is held in Hungary the same panels arrive with a fraction of the driving, and a single hire period can cover dates on both sides.
