Beside it we hire the finer indoor P1.5, the indoor P2.5, and two cabinet-built outdoor versions, a P2.5 poster and a P3 wall, for positions with no roof. Delivery from Győr, on-site build, free setup, free training and collection are all part of the deal. The 75 EUR net daily rate per panel is the P2 list price; the other builds are quoted individually.

Zagreb runs on a calendar rather than a season. The congress months fill the hotel ballrooms and the pavilions of the Zagreb Fair in Novi Zagreb, Arena Zagreb and Dom Sportova take the touring productions, the Vatroslav Lisinski hall handles the formal end of the corporate year, and from late November the whole centre reorganises itself around Advent. In summer the programme drifts out to Jarun and Bundek. What matters to a hire company is less the size of the audience than the shape of the room and the number of hours the venue gives you for the build. A hotel ballroom on Ulica grada Vukovara hands you a lift, a corridor and two hours before guests arrive; a fair pavilion hands you a loading yard and a strict slot. Our depot is in Hungary, in Győr, 314 road kilometres away, which is roughly three and a half hours of motorway. That distance is the honest starting point for everything on this page, because it is what drives the delivery line on the quote.
What we actually hire out
Five builds, and none of them wants a truss
Five versions leave the depot, and choosing between them comes down to two questions: how close the audience stands, and whether there is a roof. Indoors we hire the P1.5 GOB for arm's-reach viewing, the P2 GOB for ordinary room distances, and the P2.5 where nobody gets nearer than about two and a half metres. For an uncovered position there are the two cabinet-built outdoor versions, a P2.5 poster and a P3 wall. The P2 is the one we hold in stock, so it is the one every figure on this page is calculated from; the rest are quoted on request. The poster panels stand on their own feet, need no truss, no hanging points and no ballast, and they run from an ordinary mains socket. That is why the format fits a hotel ballroom, a stand aisle at the Zagreb Fair or a showroom on Ilica, where drilling and flying anything from the ceiling is simply not on the table. The agreed sum covers the panels and their feet, the player and controller, transport, the build, picture setup, a short handover to your own staff, and the derig. Setup and training are not billed separately. From you we need an address, a build window, a socket within reach and your content.
Five widths, one constant height
From a digital poster to a 16:9 wall
The set grows in 64 centimetre steps: one panel is 64 by 192, two make 128 by 192, three make a 192 by 192 square, four give 256 by 192 and five reach 320 by 192 centimetres. The height never changes, only the width, so the aspect ratio runs from a narrow portrait through a perfect square to 1600 by 960 pixels, which is 16:9 in all but the last fraction. For a conference at the Lisinski or a hotel ballroom, three panels are the usual answer: the square composes well and does not swallow the stage. For a stand at the Zagreb Fair, one or two panels standing in the aisle do more work than a wide backdrop. Five panels earn their place when you are playing finished widescreen video.
What a hire to Zagreb costs
Daily rate plus 628 kilometres there and back
Two numbers give you a first estimate: 75 EUR net per panel per day, and 0.50 EUR net per kilometre calculated on the round trip. Zagreb is 314 kilometres from Győr, so the journey is 628 kilometres and 314 EUR net of travel for a single-day hire. Indicative net figures: three panels for one day come to 539 EUR, five panels for one day to 689 EUR. Two days with three panels reach 1,078 EUR, because delivery and collection then become two separate journeys and the travel line counts twice. An operator on site is an optional 63 EUR net per person per day. If nobody can help with parking and unloading at the venue, add 88 EUR net once. One thing to read into those sums: the panel line is the list price of the indoor P2. Take the P1.5, the P2.5 or one of the outdoor cabinet builds and that line is replaced by an individually agreed figure, while travel, operator and parking stay exactly as above. All amounts are indicative; the written offer is what binds.
When we are the right call, and when we are not
628 kilometres is a real number, so read it honestly
At this distance the travel line is a large share of a small order. One panel for one day in Zagreb is 389 EUR net, of which 314 EUR is the drive. For a single evening and a single screen, a Zagreb rental house down the road will almost certainly beat that, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Where the arithmetic turns our way is volume and duration. Five panels over three days come to 1,753 EUR net, and the travel is then well under a fifth of the bill. We are also the natural choice when the event itself is in Hungary, when a Croatian company is running a stand in Budapest, or when the venue sits close to the border and Győr is genuinely the nearest depot.
