Sesvete is the largest of Zagreb's eastern districts and was a town in its own right before it was absorbed, which is why it still behaves like one. It has its own centre, its own sports and cultural facilities, and a substantial industrial and logistics zone along the road out towards Dugo Selo. Events here are mostly business events: open days at production sites, dealer meetings, staff gatherings and local sporting occasions, held in company premises, school and sports halls, and the function rooms of restaurants along the main road. None of those are venues with rigging points or event crews on staff. The screen that suits them is one that arrives on wheels, stands on the floor and disappears again the same evening. Sesvete is 300 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly three and a half hours, and both ends of the route are inside Schengen and the eurozone.

The smallest order we take, and often the right one
A single LED poster is 64 centimetres wide and 192 high, which is roughly the footprint of a printed roll-up banner. The difference is that the content changes in seconds and can cycle through a whole day of programme. It suits an entrance, a reception desk, a shop window during a promotion or the corner of a hall where visitors gather before an open day starts. One person operates it after the handover: stand it up, plug it into a socket, start the prepared file. For a Sesvete address a single panel for one day is around 375 EUR net including the journey, and two panels placed at separate doors come to 450 EUR net.
What is actually delivered
Panels, feet, player, controller and a crew that builds it
The van brings the panels with their stands, the player and the controller. We put the set up, connect it, set the picture, hand over to your people and return for it at the end of the hire. Neither the setup nor the training appears on the invoice. What differs from job to job is which of the five versions comes off the van. An open day inside a production hall takes an indoor panel, usually the P2, or the sharper P1.5 where visitors read specifications from half a metre away. A dealer meeting in a large hall with seating at the back is often better on the coarser P2.5. Anything staged in the yard outside takes one of the two outdoor cabinet builds instead. The indoor P2 is the version we keep in stock and price on this page; the others are quoted per job. There is no truss, no ballast and no suspension. The poster panels carry themselves, two people move one, and it goes through a normal door and into a lift. In a production hall or a school sports hall that is the whole point, since nothing may be fixed to the structure and nobody wants scaffolding on the floor for an afternoon.

600 kilometres there and back
Travel here is 300 EUR net for a single-day booking, being the 600 kilometre round trip at 0.50 EUR net per kilometre. Panels are 75 EUR net each per day on top, that rate being the one attached to the stocked indoor P2. Net and indicative: one panel for a day 375 EUR, two panels 450 EUR, three 525 EUR, five 675 EUR. Beyond a single day the van drives out and home twice, so three panels for two days come to 1,050 EUR and five panels to 1,350 EUR. An operator who stays with the screen is 63 EUR net per person per day, and where no help is available for parking and unloading the surcharge is 88 EUR net, charged once. If the job calls for a P1.5, a P2.5 or an outdoor cabinet set, only the panel line changes; we write it into the offer for your specific event, and the driving, operator and parking figures above still apply as they stand.
Indoor kit, outdoor kit, and the line between them
Cover is a hardware question, not a preference
Three of the five versions are indoor. Their fine pitch — 2 millimetres on the P2 we stock, finer still on the P1.5 — is what makes them readable from a metre and a half, which is the real distance at an open day or a dealer presentation, and the price of that is a housing that has to stay dry and out of direct sun. So a hall, a marquee, a roofed terrace or a covered stage are all fine for them, while an unprotected yard or car park is not, whatever the forecast says. That is where the other two versions come in: the outdoor P2.5 poster and the outdoor P3 wall are cabinet-built for weather, and they are what we bring when the screen has to stand in the open. In Sesvete that difference usually decides itself the moment you say whether the visitors gather inside the hall or in front of it.
