LED screen hire in Bjelovar, built around one panel format used well. Each unit is 64 by 192 centimetres and 320 by 960 pixels, portrait, standing without support, and up to five link sideways into a single face. Bjelovar was laid out in the eighteenth century as a planned military town, which is why its centre is a regular grid around a large square rather than a medieval tangle. It is the seat of Bjelovar-Bilogora county and its year turns on two fixed points: the Terezijana festival in summer, named for the empress who founded the place, and the autumn agricultural fair, which brings machinery dealers, food producers and cooperatives into town from across the region. Between those sit the ordinary business occasions of an agricultural county, meaning dealer days, product launches for equipment and feed, cooperative meetings and anniversary evenings, held in exhibition halls, hotel function rooms and company premises. One panel is 64 by 192 centimetres at 320 by 960 pixels; two make 128; three a 192 by 192 square with 960 by 960 pixels; four a 256 centimetre face in 4:3; five a 320 centimetre wall at 1600 by 960 pixels. At the autumn fair a single panel beside a machine does more than a wide backdrop behind it, because visitors are looking at the equipment and reading specifications at close range. A cooperative meeting in a hall wants four, since the content is figures on slides. Three is the safe middle when the brief is still open.

534 kilometres out and back
Two figures build the quote. The van is billed on 534 return kilometres at 50 cents net each, which is 267 EUR net for a job lasting one day, and the screen itself is 75 EUR net per panel for every day of the booking, that rate applying to the stocked indoor P2. Order the finer P1.5, the wider P2.5 or an outdoor cabinet set and the panel line is written for your job instead, against the same driving arithmetic. Worked out, net of tax: a lone panel for a day 342 EUR; a pair 417 EUR; the square trio 492 EUR; the full five 642 EUR. Hold three panels for two days and the sum reaches 984 EUR, or 1,284 EUR for five, since a booking past one day sends the van out and home twice over. Adding one of our people at the screen is 63 EUR net daily per head; an address with no assistance at load-in draws a single 88 EUR net.
Running the screen yourself
Files, a stick, a phone, or a laptop
Content arrives as JPG or PNG for stills and MP4 for video, loaded from a USB stick or sent across from a phone using the controller app. If the material is live, a laptop hangs on the controller over HDMI and feeds the surface directly. The handover to your own team takes roughly five minutes and never reaches the invoice. On a fair stand that matters, because the person minding the stand is usually the person who wants to change the loop halfway through the morning. We stay reachable by phone for the length of the hire.
The hardware itself
Self-supporting indoors, cabinet-built outdoors
One unit measures 64 centimetres across and 192 high, showing 320 by 960 pixels with 2 millimetres between them in the indoor P2. Alongside it sit a denser P1.5, for a screen read at arm's length beside a machine, and a wider P2.5 for a hall where the audience keeps its distance. All three stand on their own feet, require no truss or suspension of any kind, and take their power from an ordinary socket. The outdoor pair is a different build: sealed cabinets at P2.5 and P3, bright enough for daylight, made to stand on an open plot at the autumn fair rather than inside the exhibition hall. Two people carry an indoor panel, and it clears a standard doorway and fits a lift. In an exhibition hall, a county office or a hotel function room those properties decide whether a screen is workable. We arrive with the panels, feet, player and controller, build the set, set the picture, hand over and come back for it at the end.
