Start from the wall you have, not the size you want

Take the available area and reduce it to multiples: 32 centimetres across, 16 centimetres down, since the panel lies flat and is never stood on end. A lobby wall offering 5.2 metres of clear width takes sixteen panels at 512 centimetres, and the remaining eight centimetres go into the surround. Measure the height in the same currency. Twelve rows make 192 centimetres, fifteen make 240. Pick the pairing that leaves an even margin rather than the one that crowds a corner, because the buildings along Kidričeva ulica and around Bevkov trg are post-war construction that is square more often than not, but not always.
Choose the pitch from the closest seat, not the back row

A surface facing a forecourt or a road approach is at twenty metres and beyond, where P4 to P8 is correct and substantially cheaper for the same area. Record the shortest regular sightline in the order, not the average one.
Settle the exposure question before you settle the price
Sealed and bright, or indoor and quiet
An external surface is built to IP65 and runs at 4500 to 5500 nits. The valley here is open and the light off the Soča and the Vipava plain is strong for much of the year, so an under-specified external screen looks washed out from March onwards. Both are usually installed, because a conference venue needs the first and a lobby needs the second. The controller connects by network cable or over Wi-Fi, which removes the need to chase a route to the mounting point in a finished building. On the poster the controller is built in and offers both, along with an audio port, so a unit standing in a foyer can carry sound without a separate amplifier being sourced at the last minute.
Plan the 516 kilometres into the schedule and the offer
Two days out, spares left behind
For a mounted installation the crew travels the day before, works a full day on site and returns on the third. That is the honest shape of the job at this distance, and pretending otherwise produces an installation finished in the dark.
