More colours, more attention
The advantage of the seven-colour version is that you do not have to commit to a single colour: on the same board you can switch between red, blue, green, yellow, pink, white and further tones, highlighting important information – a price, say, or the date of an offer – in a different colour line by line or message by message. That variability significantly increases the attention-grabbing power compared with single-colour boards, because the colour change itself brings movement and dynamism to the display. At the same time the seven-colour solution is considerably better priced than a full RGB full-colour display, since the colour is controlled by segment rather than by pixel – a simpler approach, but ample for most business purposes.
Flexible setup from the app
The board runs from a 220 V supply, and its aluminium housing is made for durable outdoor mounting. In the Wi-Fi phone app you can set not only the text and the animation but also the colour belonging to each line or block of text, so within a single board you can separate, for example, the shop name and the current offer by colour. Automatic scheduling is available here too, so you can set when the board switches on and off, or when the colours alternate. The 100,000-hour LED service life and the IP65 rating guarantee that the colourful display keeps working dependably and without fading over the long term.
A weatherproof build for hard winters and hot summers
Outdoor mounting is the toughest examiner: surface temperatures above 50 degrees in blazing summer sun, hard frost in winter, and rain, snow and dust in between. The board's aluminium housing and IP65 front rating are made for exactly that — water and dust do not reach the LEDs, the housing does not corrode, and the display can run uncovered, under open sky, all year round. The LEDs come from a quality, batch-matched production run, so all seven colours stay even across the whole surface and do not fade in patches, as is usual with cheap import boards. If a segment does fail, our service team repairs it from stock with an on-site swap — the board does not have to be taken down and sent away for weeks.
Consumption: less than you would think
The 16×128 cm board is surprisingly frugal: with average text content it consumes 30–60 W, which even at 12 hours of operation a day is only 11–22 kWh a month, roughly €3–5. Switching on and off can be scheduled in the app, so at night or when you are closed it consumes not a watt. Operation is just as simple: you connect to the board over Wi-Fi with your phone, type in the text and choose a colour and an animation — if you can write an email, you can handle this. At handover we show you every function, the training is included in the price, and you can get help with any question later too.
Consent and installation: we help with that too
Before putting up an illuminated sign visible from a public highway it is worth clarifying the local rules: in many places a planning notification is required, and where the sign projects over a public highway a separate consent may also be needed. We do not leave you to it — we tell you exactly what will be needed, and we supply a technical data sheet for the documentation. The installation itself is quick: the light aluminium housing can be fitted to a wall or bracket mounting in a few hours, even in the place of a previous board. At the free site survey we also check the fixing points and the availability of the 220 V supply, so that nothing comes as a surprise on installation day.
