LED wall rental for Varaždin, the nearest Croatian city to our depot. Each panel is 64 by 192 centimetres and 320 by 960 pixels, standing portrait on its own feet, with up to five coupling into one surface. Indoors it comes as a P1.5, a P2 or a P2.5; for Špancirfest weather and any other open position there are two cabinet-built outdoor versions, a P2.5 poster and a P3 wall. The daily rate of 75 EUR net per panel belongs to the stocked indoor P2, and the drive is charged on real road kilometres. Assembly, picture setup, a free briefing and collection are included.
LED wall rental in Varaždin — delivery, setup, prices
Varaždin is a baroque city with an event calendar to match. The Varaždin Baroque Evenings fill the churches and the Croatian National Theatre each autumn, Špancirfest turns the whole centre into a street festival at the end of August, and Stari grad, the white fortress at the edge of the old town, anchors the cultural programme year-round. Underneath that sits a solid economy of textile, food and metal manufacturing whose companies hold their own events in works halls and hotel function rooms. Arena Varaždin covers sport and the occasional large indoor show. What makes the city interesting from our side of the business is proximity. At 220 road kilometres from our depot in Győr it is the closest Croatian entry on this site, a drive of roughly two and a half hours, and that shows up directly in the transport line rather than merely in the schedule.
What Varaždin costs, and why it is the cheapest here
440 kilometres return, the shortest run on this site
The return journey is 440 kilometres, which at 50 cents net a kilometre puts the transport line at 220 EUR net for a single-day hire. That is the lowest figure of any foreign city we publish, and it changes the shape of the whole quote. Guide totals, net, calculated on the indoor P2: one panel for a day 295 EUR, two 370 EUR, three 445 EUR, four 520 EUR, five 595 EUR. For two days with three panels the sum is 890 EUR and with five panels 1,190 EUR, the drive counting twice once delivery and collection separate. Five panels across three days come to 1,565 EUR, where transport is well under a third. A booking on one of the other four builds keeps this transport arithmetic exactly and replaces only the panel figure, which we agree with you beforehand.
The panels themselves
Three indoor pitches, two outdoor cabinets, no structure required
One unit measures 64 centimetres across and 192 high, showing 320 by 960 pixels with 2 millimetres between them in the P2 version we keep in stock. The P1.5 GOB tightens that spacing for surfaces read from half a metre; the P2.5 opens it for halls where nobody stands near the screen. Two further versions are built into weather-sealed cabinets, an outdoor P2.5 and an outdoor P3, and those are the ones that go into the streets during a festival rather than into a theatre foyer. That range matters in a city like this one. A baroque interior or a protected building will not tolerate fixings, and a works hall has nothing overhead worth using, while Špancirfest happens almost entirely out of doors. Two people carry an indoor panel through a normal door. We arrive with panels, feet, player and controller, build the set, set the picture, hand it over and come back for it.
One panel, standing alone
Where the printed banner used to be
The single-panel hire is our most frequent order and in Varaždin it is genuinely inexpensive: about 295 EUR net for a day, transport included. It stands at a theatre entrance, a hotel reception, a festival information point or a shop window during a promotion. Because the footprint matches a roll-up, it goes where a printed banner already stands, and because the content is a file rather than a print run, an evening programme, a sponsor loop and a closing message can all live on the same panel. Two panels at separate entrances come to 370 EUR net.
Loading content and running it
A file, a stick and five minutes
Still images go on as JPG or PNG, video as MP4, from a USB stick or through the controller app on a phone. A laptop attaches over HDMI where you need live slides or a camera feed rather than prepared material. The handover after the build takes about five minutes and is not billed. Your own team then changes content between sessions with nobody waiting on us. We stay contactable by phone throughout, though on a two and a half hour road distance we can also come back out if something genuinely needs a pair of hands on site.
