LED wall hire for Grosuplje and the surrounding municipality. Each panel is 64 by 192 centimetres and 320 by 960 pixels, portrait and free-standing, with up to five joining into one continuous face. The same format comes in three indoor pitches, P1.5, P2 and P2.5, and in two sealed cabinet versions meant for a yard, a car park or an open sports field. Panel hire is 75 EUR net per panel per day on the indoor P2 we stock, plus the actual return distance from Győr; the other builds are quoted for the event. Build, picture setup, a free briefing for your staff and the collection are all included in that.
LED wall rental in Grosuplje — delivery, setup, prices
Grosuplje lies on the Dolenjska side of Ljubljana, close enough to the capital to be part of its daily commuting pattern and far enough out to have its own industrial estates and municipal identity. The karst field of Radensko polje and the cave systems nearby give the area a natural draw, while the town itself is a rail and road junction with warehousing, light manufacturing and services. Events here are largely business ones: partner meetings, staff evenings, training days and product briefings run by companies on their own premises, plus the municipal calendar of cultural and sporting occasions in the community hall and sports facilities. Very few of these rooms have technical provision of any kind. Grosuplje is 421 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, roughly five hours of motorway driving with no border stop on the route.
The cost of a Grosuplje booking
842 kilometres, out and home
The distance does not vary with the order, so take it first: 842 kilometres at fifty cents net each is 421 EUR net on a job lasting one day. Screens then cost 75 EUR net for each panel on each day — the list figure for the indoor P2, with the four other builds agreed individually and the driving identical whichever travels. Which yields, as guides net of tax, 496 EUR for a single panel across a day, 571 EUR for two, 646 EUR for three and 796 EUR for the whole row of five. A second day doubles only the travelling, so three panels reach 1,292 EUR and five reach 1,592 EUR. Where one of our people is to remain with the set, allow 63 EUR net for every day attended.

Indoor and outdoor ratings, plainly stated
The indoor panels carry no weather protection. Their close pitch, which keeps the image intact when somebody stands beside it, is bought at exactly that price, so a roof over the screen is a condition of using them rather than a recommendation. Workshop halls, community rooms, sports halls, marquees and roofed stages are all acceptable positions. A yard, a car park or an open sports field is not — for those we bring the other half of the fleet. The outdoor P2.5 and P3 are built into sealed cabinets, bright enough for daylight and unaffected by rain, and they are hired out in the same way as everything else here, with the price fixed for the event instead of taken from a list. So an outdoor booking is a matter of telling us the position early enough for the right build to be reserved.
The hardware in detail
Nothing hung, nothing bolted, one socket
Each unit stands 192 centimetres tall and 64 wide, showing 320 by 960 pixels. Its weight rests on its own feet, so no wall or ceiling is touched, no ballast is positioned and no drawing is submitted anywhere. Two people lift and place a panel, and it clears a normal doorway and a passenger lift. That is what makes a warehouse mezzanine office or a community hall as workable as a conference suite. We arrive with panels, feet, player, controller and leads, raise the set, wire it, tune the picture and put the controls in your hands before leaving.
Feeding it content
A stick, a phone app, or a laptop on HDMI
Prepared material goes on as JPG, PNG or MP4, either from a USB stick or pushed across through the controller app on a phone. Live content comes in from a laptop over HDMI, covering slides, a browser window or a camera. The briefing that hands all of this over takes about five minutes and never appears on the bill. At five hours of road distance that is not a nicety but the whole support model: somebody in your room can change a file immediately, and our number stays answered for the length of the hire.
