This page is about walls that stay where they are put: mounted on a structure, wired to a supply, running every day for years. We build them in Győr and install them here as a scheduled project, usually within a single day on site. What follows is the sequence of decisions - grid, pitch, brightness, signal, service - written out as the questions our customers actually ask us.
LED wall in Maribor — manufacturing, installation, quote
Maribor is the nearest Slovenian city to our production site - 283 road kilometres - and that single number changes how a permanent installation is planned here. A survey can be started and finished inside one working day, and a service visit does not automatically imply a hotel booking. The city gives a fixed screen plenty of work: the retail frontage along Slovenska ulica, the faculties of the University of Maribor with their lecture halls and foyers, Europark on the eastern side of the centre, and the venues that draw crowds from the whole Drava valley.
What sizes does the module grid allow?
Multiples of 32 and 16
The building block never rotates: 32 cm horizontally, 16 cm vertically. A wall is therefore always a whole number of tiles in each direction, and the finished dimensions are that count multiplied out. Asking for a screen exactly three metres wide produces either 288 or 320 centimetres, and we quote whichever suits the opening better. Send us the clear opening and, if you can, a photograph of the wall with a tape measure held against it. That is enough for us to draw the grid and to judge whether the surface will carry the frame.
Which pixel pitch suits your viewing distance?

A screen in a university foyer that students walk right up to needs P1.5 to P2.5. A display over a shop floor or at the end of a retail gallery, taken in from five to ten metres, sits at P2.5 to P4. Screens meant to be seen across a car park or from the road are specified at P4 to P8, and the coarser grid is invisible at that range. The mistake we correct most often is a pitch chosen from a price list instead of from a measurement. It is a one-way decision: pixel spacing cannot be altered after manufacture.
When is a free-standing LED poster the better answer?
Nothing drilled, nothing scaffolded
The LED poster is a portrait digital display on a rolling base. It arrives assembled, you push it where you want it, plug it into a socket and it plays. Nothing is anchored to the building, so a tenant on Slovenska ulica whose lease forbids touching the shopfront, or a branch office in one of the protected blocks between Glavni trg and the Lent riverfront, can run moving content without anyone having to approve a fixing. Four builds share the identical frame - P1.5 GOB, P2 GOB, P2.5 for interiors and a P2.5 outdoor cabinet version - so the specification follows the position rather than the furniture. Brightness splits the way it does on any of our products: interior builds work at 700 to 800 nit, which is right for a window read from the pavement, while the outdoor cabinet version is sealed to IP65 and reaches 4500 to 5000 nit for a forecourt or a terrace in full sun. To be straight about it, a mounted wall is entirely realistic in this city and there is no shortage of local fitters. The poster earns its place where the fabric of the building is not yours to alter, not because we are too far away to come.
How does the picture reach the screen?
Cable, network or wireless
Two routes are normal. An HDMI input takes a live signal from a player, a computer or a camera. Alternatively the controller runs a stored schedule, refreshed over the network or from a USB stick, which is what most permanent installations settle on. The controller is reachable over Wi-Fi as well, so there is no need to pull a data cable through a finished building to reach the display. That matters in older premises in the centre, where routing new ducts through existing structure is the expensive part of the job.
What does a 283-kilometre call-out involve?
One day, there and back
The city is near enough that our crew can travel, work and return within a single day, which keeps both the survey and most service visits simple. Larger facade jobs still get a preparation day, though that is because of lifting equipment rather than distance. For work outside Hungary the travel and the daily allowance are shown as their own lines in the quotation. They stay visible instead of being folded into the price of the wall.
What warranty and spares come with the delivery?
One or two years, plus tiles
You choose a one-year or a two-year warranty when the order is placed. Either way the shipment contains reserve modules, so an isolated failure is dealt with on site by your own technician instead of waiting for a van. Displays fixed to building exteriors are subject to Slovenian requirements, and we make no promises about how any application will be decided. What we provide is the technical file: dimensions, mass, fixing details, electrical load and brightness data.
