Sisak is a working river town with an industrial memory and a very recent building history. It stands where the Kupa flows into the Sava, it is the seat of Sisak-Moslavina County, and the Roman settlement of Siscia underneath it gives the place a longer past than the smokestacks suggest. What matters commercially today is that the earthquake of December 2020 damaged a great many buildings here, and the reconstruction that followed has kept scaffolding, cranes and structural engineers in the streets around Trg bana Josipa Jelačića for years. For anyone thinking about a permanent display, that is not a nuisance - it is an opening. Work that would otherwise require hired access equipment can be done while the access is already standing, and the wall behind it is being assessed by an engineer anyway.
Settle the indoor or outdoor question first
It changes the price more than any other choice
An indoor display for a production hall at Caprag, a county office foyer or a showroom runs at 700 to 800 nits, needs no weather sealing, and can use a fine pitch because people stand close to it. An outdoor display facing a street or a yard is a different product: sealed to IP65 throughout, running between 4,500 and 5,500 nits so that it holds up against direct sun, built with a rear service access and a drainage path, and specified for a coarser pitch because nobody reads it from a metre away. Clients sometimes ask us to put an indoor panel behind a shop window as a compromise. We advise against it - the heat trapped between the glass and the panel is the problem, and the saving disappears the first summer.
Use the access that is already in the street
Scaffolding, cranes and the reconstruction timetable
If your building is being repaired, the single cheapest moment to install a facade display is while the scaffolding is up and the structural engineer is still involved. The fixings go into a wall whose condition is documented, the cable route can be chased in while the render is off, and nobody hires an access platform for a second time. This requires only that you tell us early. We can produce the fixing drawing, the weight per anchor point and the power requirement in time for your contractor to build them into the works, and we would far rather do that than drill into a freshly finished frontage six months later.
Set the dimensions from the module grid
Multiples of 32 centimetres across, 16 up
Our modules measure 32 centimetres wide by 16 centimetres tall and are never rotated, so a display is always a whole number of them in each direction. Practically, that means you choose from a ladder of sizes: 256 by 144, 320 by 160, 384 by 192 centimetres and so on. When an architect's drawing shows an opening that does not land on the grid, we either build the nearest smaller display and trim the surround, or we widen the opening - and we put that choice in front of you on the first sketch rather than at the point where the crew is already on site with the panels unpacked.
Choose the pitch by pacing out the distance
From the nearest serious viewer, not from the wall
Walk to the place where the people who matter will actually stand and measure it. Under three metres - a reception counter, a meeting room, a shop interior - calls for P1.5 to P2.5. Between four and ten metres, which covers most hall and foyer positions, is comfortable at P2.5 to P4. Beyond twelve metres, and certainly for anything read from a road or across a yard at the works, P4 to P8 is correct and also cheaper, brighter and more robust. A fine pitch on a display nobody approaches buys resolution that the human eye cannot resolve at that range.
Consider a wheeled poster if the premises are temporary
The display that is not attached to the building
A number of Sisak businesses are still operating from substitute premises while their own buildings are put right, and for them a fixed installation is the wrong instrument entirely. The LED poster is a standing digital placard on castors: one unit weighs 45 kilograms, stands 201 centimetres tall and shows a 640 by 1920 millimetre picture. It is not fixed to anything, so there is no anchor into repaired masonry, no access equipment, no structural opinion and no argument with a landlord - the customer wheels it into place and connects it to an ordinary socket. Available as P1.5 GOB and P2 GOB for close viewing, P2.5 for general indoor use, and a P2.5 outdoor cabinet at 4,500 to 5,000 nits, all on the same chassis. The controller has Wi-Fi and a UTP port with audio, and units chain together, so a single poster in a county office foyer today can become a three-panel surface in a bigger lobby later. When you move back into your own building, the display comes with you.
Plan one visit that does everything

Sisak is inside the radius where a crew can leave Győr in the morning, work a full day and return, which keeps travel costs modest and makes a service call practical rather than theoretical. We still combine tasks: the survey is normally done from photographs and dimensions you send, so that the visit itself covers mounting, cabling, commissioning, brightness setting and the handover session. Travel and any per diem are itemised separately in the offer, never folded into the square-metre price, so you can see the real cost of the distance and judge it against a local alternative.
