Murska Sobota is 189 kilometres from Győr, a little over two hours on motorway. The crew leaves in the morning, has the set standing well before doors and is home the same night, so a one-day booking needs no preparation day and no overnight. Both countries are inside Schengen and both use the euro, so there is no border stop and no conversion to argue about. At this distance a return visit during the hire is a genuine option rather than a theoretical one, though most of what comes up is settled in a two-minute phone call instead.

The drive costs 189 EUR net on a single-day hire. Each panel is 75 EUR net for each day of the booking, that being the list rate of the indoor P2; where a job needs the sharper P1.5, the wider P2.5 or one of the outdoor cabinets, that single line is agreed with you and everything else here holds. Guide totals, net of tax: one panel for a day 264 EUR, two 339 EUR, three 414 EUR, five 564 EUR. Over two days three panels come to 828 EUR and five to 1,128 EUR, the journey counting twice once delivery and collection separate; five panels across three days total 1,503 EUR. A technician left at the screen is 63 EUR net per person daily. These are the cheapest figures on the entire site.
The equipment
Five specifications, one socket, no structure
A panel is 64 centimetres wide and 192 high, with 320 by 960 pixels at a 2 millimetre pitch in the P2 version we keep in stock. The P1.5 GOB sets the pixels closer for a surface someone reads at a counter, and the P2.5 sets them wider for a hall where the front row is well back. All three are indoor equipment: they support themselves, so no truss, no suspension and no ballast enter the discussion, and they draw power from a normal wall socket. The other two versions are sealed cabinets, an outdoor P2.5 and an outdoor P3, and they are the ones for a county fairground, a harvest event or a stage by the lake where there is nothing overhead. Two people carry an indoor panel, and it passes through a standard door and into a lift. That makes the castle rooms, the Expano pavilion, a hall at a county fair or a food plant's meeting room equally workable. Off the van come panels, feet, player and controller; we build it, set the picture and hand it over before leaving.
Why this is the one city where we compete on price
Proximity, not persuasion
Everywhere else on this site we tell customers plainly that a local supplier will beat us on a small single-day job, because the drive dominates. Murska Sobota is the exception. At 189 EUR of transport we are genuinely competitive even on a single panel for a single day. The reason is not commercial cleverness. Prekmurje simply lies closer to western Hungary than to Ljubljana, and our depot is the nearer one.
