LED screen hire in Ptuj at one of the shortest driving distances we publish. The panels are LED posters of 64 by 192 centimetres, 320 by 960 pixels, portrait, self-supporting and linkable into sets of up to five. Three of the five versions are indoor, at P1.5, P2 and P2.5 pitch; the remaining two sit in weather-sealed cabinets and are the ones that go out into a February street or a castle courtyard. We charge 75 EUR net for an indoor P2 panel and a day, plus the real return distance from Győr, and quote the other builds against the event. Assembly, picture setup, the briefing for your staff and the collection are covered by that price.

Slovenia · 239 km from our plant in Győr
Ptuj is the oldest town in Slovenia and it wears the fact openly, from the Roman remains of Poetovio to the castle on the hill and the wine cellar that claims the country's longest continuous history. The event year peaks in February with Kurentovanje, one of the largest carnivals in this part of Europe, which fills the streets and every indoor space the town can offer. Outside carnival the calendar is quieter and more local: wine presentations, town cultural evenings, weddings in the castle grounds and business meetings held in hotels around the Ptuj lake and thermal spa. None of these are technically demanding venues, and most have no rigging capability at all. Ptuj sits 239 road kilometres from our depot in Győr, under three hours away, which makes it one of the nearest foreign addresses we serve and one of the cheapest to reach.
What a Ptuj booking costs
478 kilometres return, among the shortest we quote
The journey works out at 239 EUR net for a single-day hire, being the full round trip at 50 cents net a kilometre. Each panel adds 75 EUR net for each day it is with you, on the indoor P2 that we hold in stock and price openly; the other four versions have their own panel figure, agreed with you before the booking and set against these same driving terms. Guide sums, net: one panel for a day 314 EUR, two 389 EUR, three 464 EUR, five 614 EUR. Two days with three panels come to 928 EUR and with five to 1,228 EUR, the drive being counted twice once delivery and collection separate. Five panels over three days reach 1,603 EUR. A technician staying with the set is 63 EUR net per person for each day of the hire.
Three hours from the depot
A same-day round trip, with what that implies
Ptuj is close enough that a single-day deployment runs comfortably without a preparation day or an overnight. The van leaves in the morning, the set is standing before doors, and everything comes home after the programme finishes. Both countries sit inside Schengen, so the frontier does not need a slot in the schedule, and both bill in euro, so the quotation and your budget speak the same currency. Practically, the short distance also means a mid-hire visit is a possibility rather than a fantasy, though in the great majority of cases a phone call resolves whatever has come up.
The hardware
One format, five specifications
A panel is 64 centimetres wide, 192 tall and carries 320 by 960 pixels at a 2 millimetre pitch in the P2 version, which keeps the picture whole for anyone standing a metre and a half away. The P1.5 GOB is denser again for a display someone reads at the counter; the P2.5 is looser and cheaper to run large where the audience keeps its distance. All three are interior equipment. The fourth and fifth versions are the outdoor ones, built into sealed cabinets at P2.5 and P3, bright enough for daylight and unbothered by rain. They are what we send when the screen belongs on the street rather than in the room, and unlike the stocked P2 they are quoted for the particular event. An indoor panel supports itself, so there is no truss, no suspension and no ballast, and it takes power from an ordinary wall socket. Two people carry one. It goes through a normal doorway and up in a lift, which is what makes the castle outbuildings, a hotel function room or a cellar tasting space realistic locations.
A single panel on its own
The smallest and most common order
One LED poster stands where a printed roll-up would, at an entrance, beside a reception desk, at a stand or in a shop window. The difference is that the message changes in seconds and can run a different loop for each part of the day. In Ptuj a lone panel for a day is around 314 EUR net with the drive included, which is the lowest single-panel figure of any Slovenian city on this site apart from Murska Sobota. Two panels placed at separate doors come to 389 EUR net, and one person can start both after the briefing.
