LED wall rental in Šibenik — delivery, setup, prices

Šibenik has reinvented its event life around its fortresses. St Michael's above the old town now works as an open-air stage, the St Nicholas fortress in the channel draws visitors by boat, and the cathedral of St James gives the city a UNESCO anchor that keeps the cultural calendar busy through the summer. Alongside that runs a tourism economy stretching up the coast and inland towards the Krka waterfalls, with hotel conference capacity that fills in spring and autumn rather than in August. The business events here are modest in scale and often held in hotel function rooms or converted spaces in the old town, where access is by narrow lanes and steps. The distance is the honest headline: 651 road kilometres from Győr, something like seven and a half hours, which makes Šibenik one of the furthest points we quote for.

The distance is the first thing to weigh

1,302 kilometres of round trip on a Dalmatian job

A single panel for one day here totals about 726 EUR net, and 651 EUR of that is the road. Set against a Dalmatian rental company with a warehouse nearby, that is not a number we would defend for a one-evening booking with one screen. There are three arrangements where the comparison flips. A hire running several days divides the two journeys across all of them. A larger set shifts weight onto the panel rate. And a Šibenik company holding an event in Hungary gets the same equipment with the drive almost eliminated, which is where the majority of our foreign work originates.

Widths and builds, and what each suits

One panel to five, height unchanged

Every configuration is built from the same unit. One gives 64 by 192 centimetres; two make 128; three form a 192 by 192 square at 960 by 960 pixels; four give 256 centimetres in a 4:3 shape; five reach 320 centimetres and 1600 by 960 pixels. Old town venues here are small and reached through lanes, so one or two panels are frequently the only realistic answer, and they carry in by hand where nothing on a trolley would. Hotel conference rooms along the coast take three comfortably. Five panels want a room with depth, which in Šibenik generally means a purpose-built hall rather than a historic interior. The second question is which build, and here the city divides neatly. Interiors take an indoor panel, its pitch chosen by how near the audience comes: P1.5 within arm's reach, P2 for the general case, P2.5 for a deep hall. A terrace at St Michael's, a courtyard or a quayside position takes a cabinet-built outdoor unit — the P2.5 for close viewing, the P3 where the surface is large and the crowd stands back.

The price of a Šibenik hire

Panel days plus one long drive

Transport is 651 EUR net for a one-day booking. Every panel adds 75 EUR net for every day at the indoor P2 rate, which is the one build we hold in stock and publish; for the others the panel line is written into your offer. Indicative net sums: three panels for a day 876 EUR, five panels for a day 1,026 EUR. Two days with three panels come to 1,752 EUR, since the van now makes two return runs, and five panels over three days to 2,427 EUR, at which point the driving is under a third of the bill. Somebody of ours staying with the set is 63 EUR net a day per person, and an address where the van cannot be helped at load-in adds 88 EUR net once.

How a Dalmatian delivery is organised

Travel ahead, build in the morning, agree access first

The run from Győr is roughly seven and a half hours, all of it inside Schengen with no border stop and all of it in euro territory, so nothing about customs or currency has to be planned around. What does have to be planned is the last few hundred metres. Old town addresses in Šibenik are reached on foot up steps and lanes, so we settle the access route and the loading window with the venue before quoting, not afterwards. The crew travels the day ahead of the event, builds in the morning and loads out once the programme has finished.
